Molly gave me excellent advise and help with my problem, she was polite and and professional
Wonderful customer service!
The customer service was superb! Debbie handled my issue (first a lost parcel and then an incorrect delivery due to a mistake on the local warehouses part).
Communication was clear and polite, they kept me updated throughout the process!
Great customer service response time
Customer service responded fast to an address issue and handled it great.
What a disaster
What a disaster, but we got there in the end. After spending ages waiting for this parcel from Gamesquest I spent ages trying to contact them. I left them an email and they wouldn't respond. I opened a ticket on 13th Dec and it is still, to this day "being processed". I reached out on facebook where you expect to talk to customer service through the messenger. I ended up speaking to an obnoxious inconsiderate person, who claimed he/she was there for marketing, not customer service and just didn't care in any way, shape or form. I threatened to leave a one-star and low and behold customer service finally emailed me on the same day. Fancy that. To be fair this person was very nice but the damage had already been done. They couldn't figure out what happened to my package and blamed the courier Evri. Evri blamed Gamesquest. What a shocker. I felt like I was doing all the work to resolve it speaking to the courier and Gamesquest and the original manufacturer. After almost a month, we agreed the parcel was lost/stolen and a new parcel was sent a week later and arrived 3 days after that. If I could give a 1.5 star I would but the polite emails don't make up for a disgraceful service overall. This company needs to change big time.
Ive never liked games quest
Ive never liked games quest. High postage, poorly packed and useless when it comes to fulfilling kickstarters. Zero customer service. Not sure how theyre still in business.
Adress delivery issues quickly resolved
Adress delivery issues quickly resolved
Very good customer support for me. They sorted things out for my parcel wich was blocked in Germany out of an issue with my adress. Nice communication.
Good Support for missing Parcel
I consulted the GamesQuest Customer service about a missing parcel in my order.
They where super responsive and gave me continuous support.
I received the missing item just some days after sending my shipping details.
Very friendly and smooth process
I reached out regarding an address change as I had moved countries. Although it took a bit of time due to it being in the middle of a fulfilment/shipping rush, Debbie from customer support reached out and managed to get everything sorted, country change and all. The interaction was friendly and smooth throughout, and my order arrived less than a week later at my new address. Absolutely great interaction overall!
Well-packaged, great product but slow, incorrect postage
Ordered an existing game, so I can't speak for Kickstarter fulfilment issues others have had. Came very well packaged and in perfect condition.
Only issue is postage which is billed as Royal Mail 48 Tracked but was sent with Evri and took four days to arrive.
ZERO RESPONSE
ZERO RESPONSE.
ZERO COMMUICATION
If I ever see a Campain use them to deliver my pledge I will not pledge them ever.
Useless company.
Don't expect any help if you have a problem.
I asked them for an update on shipping of a Kickstarter project. According to the publisher it had already been shipped by GamesQuest, so I asked them what the status was and if they could give me a tracking link. On their website it says that it takes them 3-4 weeks to reply to tickets which in itself is pretty bad already. When they finally got back to me they gave me a vague reply confirming that my order is "in their system" (whatever that means) and they're awaiting further instructions by the publisher.
I then asked if they could specify what the holdup is since 99% of backers had already received their game. Their reply was that they "are unable to assist with any inquiries regarding [publisher]" and that they understand the frustration.
I told them that, with such a non-answer, they might as well not have bothered replying to the email. They then replied with the EXACT SAME message they sent before. It's just unprofessional customer service and borderline insulting.
Gamesquest still hasn't updated the status of the parcel, by the way, and at this point I'm starting to doubt they ever will.
Avoid
If you see this company RUN!
There's probably one person working in the support.
They sent my package, but never arrived at my door and was sent back to their werehouse.
Registered a ticket and now have been 2 months with no response what has happened to my package and will I ever receive it again.

Avoid this company at all cost!
Avoid this company at all cost!
It's like they don't deliver in Europe. They send out tracking codes for a Kickstarter campaign, but nobody is getting their package. Good luck if you want to try their 'support'. They'll send you a message that you have to wait 18(!) working days for a reply. My reply came after 20 or 21 working days. They were going to contact the shipping courier, but now 20 days later again still haven't heard anything. This is a total disgrace of a company.

I've had packages listed as sent by…
I've had packages listed as sent by GamesQuest not actually having been sent yet, and I've received items from them where I cancelled the order with the shop but still got the package ... even though they sent it a few days after the order was cencelled?! I guess that way things even out eventually ...
Submitting a ticket to their help desk gets you a mail saying to expect 18 working days of reply time.
Awesome.
Top quality packaging
I'm a little surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I've had several crowdfunded games and a few other sales sent to me by GamesQuest and the deliveries were speedy and the packaging absolutely top notch. They even took over the shipping for one product where another company had twice delivered poorly packed and damaged copies (so I ended up with 3 copies, of which only the GamesQuest delivery was immaculate).
I've just had a slight wrinkle where a delivery was missing an item, but it appears that they may not have received the complete order from the company I bought from. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, helpful and properly listened to my concerns and checked everything I asked. We've put in place a solution that I'm very happy with.
From my perspective, it's a games delivery company staffed by actual gamers who clearly appreciate what it's like getting games in good condition.

Packaged not delivered an no assistance from support
GamesQuest was fullfillment center for a boardgame I helped crowdfund. After botching the initial delivery back in early June, the package ended up getting shipped back to them. All backers were assured that everything would be in order for their next shipping attempt. September 20th I created a support ticket with them because I still had not received my game I did not receive a reply to this before mid October. Since then there has been a very slow back and forth with their support taking around a week to reply every time, and today I got a reply back saying "...Unfortunately, we are currently unable to assist with any inquiries regarding Flyos Games....". In short they have thrown away my package and are now unwilling to help with rectifying the situation.
Marvelous!
Purchased a hard-to-find item (Heroes of Tenefyr: Second Curse expansion) from Games Quest. Throughout the process the contacts person was kind, helpful and kept me informed of the situation. Received the item in perfect condition in Finland. I could not be happier.

No support for lost packages + horrible CS
They lost my Kickstarter package over three months ago, and the issue is still not resolved. Their customer service is so horrible that I do not think I will back any Kickstarters in the future that cooperate with this dumpster fire of a company.

Abysmal performance in fulfilment
Abysmal performance in fulfilment of the kickstarter Vampire chapters.
GamesQuest needed close to 3 months (!) preparation just to send out all the copies they've received and still the majority of backers still have not received theirs because of custom clearance and other issues - in a situation which is literally their contracted job: sending out the copies they've received to backers all over Europe. I can only hope that other kickstarter projects will learn the lesson here and not contract GamesQuest for delivery into the EU.
The only thing that was well done by GamesQuest has been their communication which they've shut down due to the backlash they've received over their poor performance.
In conclusion: they had one job and failed all the way. I wouldn't be surprised if backers will not receive their backed projects over the course of multiple quarters in the upcoming years because GamesQuest lacks the competencies to deliver all the projects they've managed to aquire.
Edit: In relation to the answer of GamesQuest, I have the naive idea that a company that is hired to do a professional fulfilment of a complex project acknowledges when their performance was not up to any standards of a service you'll want to pay for - again GamesQuest blames anyone but themselves, as on display below. The list that the publisher needed to approve can not be the reason to not fulfil a project for 3 months+. One could always ask the publisher to speed up their approval and, in this case, the publisher said, you've send this list only a few days prior of their approval.
Edit number 2: Regarding the customs issue, isn't that your job GamesQuest to make sure that parcels reach their destination smoothly? I still haven't received my package because it is held by EU custom authorities, due to insufficient paperwork, since 23rd of June (!) it is the 17 of July - almost a month by now - while I am writing this. The publisher is partly to blame here, however, being the contracted fulfilment-EXPERT, GamesQuest should be able to make sure that the publisher provides all relevant information BEFORE all parcels are stuck for weeks at the border.
