Do NOT Trust this company. (possible scam to gather your details).

After placing my order and having my money taken i received an email stating that i had to send in pictures of my passport or driving licence for security reassons before they would send my key. They didnt need these details before they took my money so i replied saying that i was unwilling to send personal information when they had already been paid and that they are obviously scamming people to aqquire their details. 2 days later i had my game key with no explination or response.

Ordered, they asked for ID verification. It has taken now over 48hours to verify ID. Not recommended, stay away from this shady shop.
I have notified proper authorities about their activities and filed credit card chargeback.

Very quickly I received an E-mail with the redeem code inclosed.

Perfect and fast buy, quick response

Well I haven’t received my game key, after writing the support, which immediately responded to me and helped me with my issue. They said it could be in the normal inbox or Spam folder. At the end it was in my advertisement folder... But key came very fast and support, as mentioned, responded very quickly.

Places a order and paid via PayPal. I've had no contact with code or contact via support email.

Still hoping to get my code today.

I ordered and paid for a game code a while ago now, when i went to my emails to try and get the code instead i got an email telling me that they could not give me my order until i send ID verification where they wanted a picture of my passport. I do not know why i was not told this before taking my money. I did not feel comfortable sending ID to them so i asked for a refund or at least another way to get my product where they simply asked for ID again. I then asked again for a refund and they sent me a web link to review them. It has been 5 days now and i have not got any meaningful response on how to get a refund or my product. Don't buy from them, it is unlikely you will get your money back or your product without giving away sensitive data to a random business.

Could not open it. So I have written off the cost.

Ordered two DLC codes from Gamesrocket and only after placing the order and looking at the order form to see when I've receive my codes did I realise that I would need to send verify my identity? Very shady to hide that from customers until after the purchase! The email about providing identification also ended up in my spam folder, rightly so.

Perhaps foolishly I went ahead with providing ID and did actually receive two working codes over 2 hours later. Definitely not quick delivery like promised.

Overall a very disappointing experience.
