I've used the 3 times now the team always keep you updated has some hiccups with carriers but team corrected them multiple times. Always offer best price I've had one of my trade ins doubled out of 3 which was a big bonus.
Having been a big user of music magpie just for ease I find this company alot alot better and offer higher payouts and quicker. They always send a carrier to collect to which is even better!

I had loads of old consoles & games from a loft clearout a lot of which weren't listed on their website for trade in. After a quick chat on Twitter, I received some prepaid shipping labels and off my stuff went next day via DPD! I was kept updated throughout the process and they even spent some time cleaning up some cartridges that weren't working instead of just dismissing them as broken like some other companies may do. Got paid soon after directly into my bank.

Much much easier and less stressful than dealing with eBay or other companies, highly recommended!

Managed to finally get a PS5 for my autistic daughter. Cost me more than I originally planned but worth it to see the look on her face when she received it. I was kept updated with my delivery. Will buy from gamestaar again in the future.
