Their prepaid Cards are not workinjg, and I tried to withdraw the money that I have and is not worj}king either, worst service ever

please everyone be carefull when using this site, they wont tell you that their turkey credit card is not working, so when you deposit the money, you cant charge the card or create a new one!

We cant pay VIA TRY PREPAIDS. They block all cards with all money on them. Scam.

Their Prepaid Turkish Cards have been down for over a month so I haven't been able to use the money that I have in one of my cards since then. It seems like the issue will never get fixed and the money in the card is unusable.

I had a terrible overall experience. The prepaid cards rarely work, and when they don’t, customer service is impossible to reach. Emails go unanswered for weeks, and live support is rude and unhelpful. I’ve lost money without any resolution or refund. This is definitely not a trustworthy site—avoid it at all costs.

becarefull on this site,they will cut you payment 2 times if you withdraw your money on this site,and got delayed like me 13days , when u asking about payment mostly they will dont care you,but you must care to them,i do work on this site since 2022,first years is not problem,but on 2024 too many problem,delayed payment,and got cut,example my payment got cut double ..maybe legit for buyer?,but if you seller i just want to say becareful

If you make a small purchase of 3 dollars it works fine. But if you charge a larger amount they ask for all your information, address, driver's license, etc. They block access to the cards and you can't get your money back.

My try gift card for google play didn't work and they didn't do anything about it.

dont use this website, they start like a nice website
and when you do some transactions they just lock ur account and then you lose your money, because there is no answer from support

Upon conducting some online research, I discovered discrepancies in their stated location. While they claim to be based in Greece, evidence suggests they are actually operating from Turkey. Furthermore, the phone number provided is non-functional, and an alternative number listed on their website appears to be fake.
This situation has left me concerned about the legitimacy and reliability of the company.

They defrauded me of $9000. I had been using their services to convert funds, specifically from Payoneer to cryptocurrency, for some time. However, during our last transaction, instead of transferring the money to me, they blocked my access. I strongly advise against using their services.
