Lost my package of £150 - support does not care.

They ship everything with Hermes - your packages are as good as lost. After losing a package containing 2 collectible editions of video games which since are (of course) sold out, support says they need '5 days to investigate' whatever that means.

NEVER EVER buying from Game again, why companies choose to use them as exclusive retailers of good stuff I DONT KNOW!!!

Uttterly utterly dreadful service. Currently going through total lack of response by Game who have not delivered a console. Stock computer responses. No phone number. I cannot even get to the point of starting the complaint. 4 weeks and counting. My 16 year old son is trying to make contact but we just get the same stock replies. I will get and answer and resolvse this no matter how long it takes.

I pre ordered the ps5 said I would receive it on release date then got email to say the 24th and nothing tried calling invalid number!I payed £99 deposit but luckily I phoned the bank explained what had happened got it sorted and got my money back,

I preordered PS5 from this site and they assured me it wasn't a fraudulent site as i had asked them because if it was a scam i needed to order online on release date, she assured me it would be delivered by DPD before 1pm on 24th, no sign, raging!

These guys are rip off artists abs are operating throughout google searches, through fake Twitter and Facebook pages and seem to be above the law as no one is shutting them down.

Not to be confused with the genuine high street and online store Game.

This is a scam site. I got fished by an email resembling game.co.uk and now I have opened a dispute case for 300£.

Don’t get scummed. Be careful.

This company is of outstanding service ! From the moment we make an order to the time it gets to the door is very quick, we are also very well informed on how far our delivery is down to the the last stop! And when delivered are very respectful to the customers this is why I have them a 5 star rating ! Thankyou gameuk and your continuing hard work through these troubled times are so much appreciated!

Ordered a used phone online. After a few days I emailed them to find out what had happened as I had heard nothing. I was told that my order could not be sent as it was out of stock and said I could cancel the order. After I cancelled the order they took my money off my card and three weeks later I am still waiting for my money back.
Very poor service. I have purchased from their shops in the past, but after this I will avoid buying anything else.

I ordered the game on December 8, I received a confirmation email, to this day, I haven't received the game or the money. One big scam. We report the matter to the police !!!

Bought a game online 6 December. Got an email confirmation delivery between 5-7 days. Now emails are bouncing back and website is no more. When I type in gameuk the website Femjoy comes up. I've started a dispute with PayPal. Quite astonished that it has 20% excellent reviews on here. It's clearly a SCAM

Scam company, do not use. This is nothing to do with Game store. (It's some sort of sex shop!) I ordered a game on Black Friday that also did not arrive. No replies from the company and the links from their emails do not work. Have started a dispute with Paypal.

My mum ordered a PS4 game from this site and the website has been confirmed as a scam. Any positive reviews on this feed are fake!

Added note - my mum paid using her paypal account and her paypal has also been hacked. The link to the paypal website provided was also fake. Please be vigilant and protect yourself against losses

This was my fourth order with gameuk so they sent me a free games! these games are great! Thanks again.we'll remember you for sure!I would highly recommend this site for their products and services.

This is a scam company, DO NOT ORDER FROM GAMEUK.CO.UK They are scammers!!! I ordered a playstation game from Gameuk.co.uk on 29th November 2019. I thought I was ordering from a UK website because of the web address, but obviously not. I received an email with my order telling me it would take 4 to 7 days for delivery via airmail. It never happened, so I sent them an email asking for a tracking code, NO reply, I wrote to them again, NO reply, I then typed into my browser their website to see if they still existed, Website not found 404, so now I have contacted paypal, but don't know if I will get a refund. I would have given a 0 star rating, but I had to give 1 star, so that I could write this review.

I have just sent an email again to info@gameuk (couldn't write the whole address here, because it's not allowed. My email bounced back 3 times, so something is not right.

This was my second order with this site, and again, perfect product and quick delivery! My family is so pleased!
