If you buy from us please read the clear instructions. We make it very easy to follow. We will rectify your mistakes but if you order incorrectly you will not get the product.
The service is automated - so anyone reading this just please read the info or watch the how to buy video on the homepage.
We don’t want you to wait - and it tends to result in poor reviews like this from people who don’t read descriptions.
Edit: We have since rectified this users mistake. Hopefully this will result in a different review.
