Parcel delivered quickly, in good packaging.
A star was knocked off due to their shipping policy page on their website quoting "royal mail tracked 48", but the parcel was sent with a not tracked option. I also paid £2.99 which i think is a bit much for a not tracked envelope sized parcel. I was willing to pay £2.99 because the shipping policy page confirms that it's royal mail tracked 48, and tracked is worth paying a bit more for, for the added safety.
I first contacted them over live chat, and they replied stating the checkout page only said "royal mail 48". They were contacted then via email after the live chat closed to point out that their shipping policy page states"royal mail tracked 48", but they have never replied ...
I did have a good experience overall, but be aware the parcels are not tracked, and they charge tracked shipping fees for not tracked shipping. This can be an issue, especially if your local postman keeps stealing your parcels like mine. Their lack of response to my email is also concerning should something ever go wrong with your parcel..

We have actually amended the shipping policy on the website to make clear the distinction you suggested.
I think it's important to point out that it was only due to the physical size of your order that it was sent via Large Letter 48. There is a difference here between letter sized packets and parcels. Parcels are all sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as the shipping policy originally stated.
The confusion here has happened because we did not make a distinction between large letters and parcels in the shipping policy, and as a result we have given you a slightly disappointing experience.
In any case I am sorry for the miscommunication but grateful for your honest review. Thank you sincerely for your feedback.
