Product worked for 2 weeks and tried to move it to another tv and now it's stuck in loading. Reached out to the company and they want me to send a 2 minute video of the loading. It's unbelievable that they DONOT HONOR THEIR PRODUCT, This is the first review I've EVER left but I want to protect you guys from purchasing a bs product. I looked for 3 years before pulling the trigger on this company and recieved a garbage product. I also placed my opinion on their website and they banned me....lol. This review is to protect the consumer and your hard earned $89.

Absolute scammers!

To continue my story from the 1st of October...after not receiving a tracking number for a replacement console, I asked for a refund.

This company is expecting me to fork out a return of their unusable console before honouring a refund. How can these people be trusted?!

Full of empty promises. Absolute clever scammers I must say.

Please let this be a warning to anyone who is thinking about purchasing from this company!

Dont waste your money, other companies offer similar products and are legit.

The controllers work no dramas and are good for the price and can be used on PC so a bit of a win.

The game stick- absolutely does not have 40k games, mostly japaneese and does not have the games suggested by the website.
There are certainly some of the big games but again, don't but this if you have looked at the game list thinking its all included.

I emailed their customer service team and they are very quick to point out they don't confirm 40k games and they don't guarantee any games etc. Not good enough when you consider there are domestic businesses that for around the same price do provide the product as described.

The company holds itself out to be an Australian business etc but again based out of china (not a problem in general) however when it comes to customer service re ensuring product is effective etc-- they simply don't care.

The game stick worked for a total of approx 60 mins and now wont progress past the loading screen.

Essentially for the price they are charging ($150 AUD) and in this economy its simply a result of poor design and product. Im sure some people have been lucky and it has continued to work but even a superficial search your will see that the story is commonly shared- got the device, games are not as stated and the device doesn't load.

Do not buy, spend an extra $100 to get a product that's more robust and supported by consumer rights.

First they tell you 40,000 plus games I only got half of that AND they're all in Japanese doesn't have most the games I played then after I sent an email telling them the issue now the damn thing won't even load anymore. Don't waste your money on this product it's junk.

I received the gaming set, neither controller worked, I went online and followed all the directions and still nothing. I emailed them to get replacement or a refund..email address doesn't work. It's a scam!!! 89$ down the drain 😡

Good memories. I went back through my childhood memories, it has my favorite games from when I was a child.

Ultra portable! All you need to hook it up is an available hdmi port and something to power the included usb cable (either direct from the tv or using your own power brick). Soooo many games on this, granted not all of them are in English but sometimes it’s fun to play games you might not have been able to play because of where you live. Definitely going to go with me on my next business trip to kee me entertained in the hotel room. Awesome little device.

SCAMMERS. We didn't recieve our product until we complained to PayPal. When we did recieve it, some of the games don't load, many of the games we wanted that were suppose to be on it were not there, and we have no way to contact them to get our money back. PayPal had allowed me to communicate threw the site with the seller. The seller apologized and said they would refund our money. We did not get our money back. Instead, we got a garbage system that doesnt work well, isnt really english, and is nothing like it says it is. Scam artists. BEWARE OF SELLER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Childhood memory. I can’t believe that this little machine helped me bring back my childhood memories, and it also comes with an infinite controller. This price is very affordable!

I have not received anything and they refuse to help me with anything regarding.

Received the gaming system in a timely manner. It was in perfect condition when I received it and works perfectly. Great games and great playability!

Made the order, they were quick to take my money. Never received a tracking number. A week later still no confirmation of a tracking no. and all they say is that they are super busy and will let me know once it is shipped and over a week later, no reply from my emails again. THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM SITE!! Unfortunately I found out the wrong way ;(

I don't know why there were so many bad reviews. Most were for the controller not working. You have to make sure the batteries are put in, the small card put into the system and have the HDMI plugged in correctly. Also, there is a switch on the front of the controller that turns it on and off. Yes, some of the games are labeled incorrectly but if you look at the picture of the game as well you will figure that part out. Yes, some of the wording is in Japanese but it does not affect the game playing. I am reliving my childhood playing Mario, Milipede, Pac Man and Mrs Pacman, Donkey Kong and so many more I have yet to dive into. There are many I don't play but there are a ton I do play. Every great once in awhile it might freeze but you just restart it. No big deal! I love it and recommend it to everyone! :)

Online scammer didn't even send product. Charged and sent a confirmation email. A few days came a fake your order is about to ship. A week or so later, the site is completely down and the order tracking link are errors. Having to dispute charge. STAY AWAY!

ours is a load of rubbish.

Plugged it in, all loads fine.
Almost half of the games mentioned to be on there are not on there…. At all. Mario kart? Mario party, etc: all of the more modern ones. It’s only loaded with very very old arcade games and they are all in chinese, cant understand wording on it at all.

Also… cannot go back to the main screen. Have tried pressing ALL buttons on the controller several times. No luck. The only way to do this is by taking the stick out the tv and plugging it back in.
When asked for help… got asked to send a video of us using the controller ?

All i wanted was an answer to how to go back onto a game and onto the main screen.

They have no company address on the website, just an email address.

This is a big scam.
And a Waste of money.
