A SCAM HAVEN: GamsGo Protects Fraudulent Sellers and Ignores False Advertising

If I could give zero stars, I would. GamsGo allows sellers to post incredibly confusing, contradictory advertisements designed to trick buyers, and when you fall for it, GamsGo blames you instead of the scammer.

I paid $55.99 for a 1-month Claude subscription. The seller’s product page was a complete maze of contradictory information designed to trick buyers. While they slapped 'NO WARRANTY' in the title to protect themselves, the actual product description on the exact same page explicitly promised the exact opposite! The marketing copy prominently boasted: 'This is a private, secure, fully warrantied account,' 'SECURE, STABLE & WARRANTIED,' and '1-on-1 support throughout the month.'"

I was genuinely confused by these mixed messages on their listing. Seeing the sentences "secure, stable & warrantied" service with "1-on-1 support," I assumed I was buying a legitimate, protected product and went through with the purchase based on those details. This is exactly how bait-and-switch marketing works—they confuse you with the title while hooking you with big promises in the main text.

Exactly 7 days later of purchase, my 30-day subscription was permanently revoked and my account reverted to a free plan, entirely because the seller sold me something that is not legal according to Claude.

When I took this to GamsGo’s dispute team and showed them the screenshots of the seller's contradictory, confusing product page, GamsGo completely ignored the false marketing. They simply pointed to the "No Warranty" title and denied my refund, entirely excusing the fact that their platform hosts deceptive listings explicitly designed to confuse buyers into handing over their money.

A platform that allows sellers to write "fully warrantied" in the description but "no warranty" in the title is facilitating a scam. They do not protect consumers from incompetent sellers or deceptive marketing. Save your money and avoid GamsGo entirely. I am taking this straight to my bank for a chargeback.

Warning: Fraudulent Sellers & Zero Buyer Protection (Scam Alert)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on GamsGo (Order ID : 828102551370076160 ). I purchased a 3-month Gemini Business subscription from a seller named James. Instead of the professional/enterprise account advertised, I was provided with a 1-month FREE TRIAL account.
The account is completely unusable for professional work. It constantly hits 'Usage Limits' and 'High Demand' errors, which should never happen with a legitimate Business plan. Even though I provided clear screenshots as evidence—showing the account only has 30 days left and is a trial version—GamsGo Support sided with the dishonest seller and ignored my dispute.
They are essentially allowing sellers to resell free trials at a premium price. If you care about your money and your projects, DO NOT trust GamsGo or their 'Business' labels. They offer zero buyer protection against scammers. I will be sharing my experience on all developer forums to warn others.

The best subscription provider bar none!

I’ve been using Gamsgo for all my subscription services for a couple of years now. I consistently save much more than if I had gone directly to the individual providers. On the rare occasion there is an issue, it is resolved quickly and fairly. Highly recommended!

Seller delivered non-functional Accounts

Seller delivered non-functional accounts, platform failed to help
Review:
Purchased a Netflix Premium 3-month access for $7.62 (Order #829665036464164864). The first account provided did not work. A replacement was sent — also non-functional. I formally refused any further replacements and requested a refund. The seller ignored my request and sent a third account without my consent, then falsely claimed it was working despite my proof to the contrary.
I raised a dispute through Gamsgo twice. Both times they sided with the seller and told me to "negotiate with the seller" — the same seller who had already refused me multiple times. Gamsgo takes no responsibility despite collecting my payment.
Ended up having to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this platform — there is no real buyer protection here.

Update on the dispute when dealing with support they told me I needed to cancel my charge back with the bank to get a refund and then they ruled in the sellers favour gamsgo is a scam do not buy from here.

DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE BUT REFUND PROCESSED - THANKS GAMSGO

UPDATE FROM PRIOR POST BELOW --- GAMSGO HAS REFUNDED ME IN FULL --- THANK YOU.. I RAISE MY EXPERIENCE LEVEL FEEDBACK TO THREE STARS AS THEY HAVE GENUINELY ADDRESSED THE ISSUE

Over 24 hours ago I purchased a Youtube Premium subscription sold by Gamsgo. It shows as "completed" on my account page, however when I click on "My subscription" it keeps saying "Your YoTube in preparation" and "Subscriptions are in preparation. You will be notified by email after delivery."
But it has been nearly two days!
When logged in to my Gamsgo account and contacting the online chat, it keeps showing a comment as if I was not connected, so I cannot get in touch
PLEASE AVOID GAMSGO AT ALL TIMES !!! THIS IS A DISASTROUS COMPANY. THEY ARE LONDON-BASED AND I AM GOING TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE TO LAUNCH A FORMAL LEGAL COMPLAINT

Great customer service

I recently left a bad review because I bought a product and didn't receive a refund. The customer service was very helpful. It turned out I was logging in with a different account from the one I used to purchase the product. The refund I had talked about had been issued that very day. Anyway, great stuff, and apologies for ranting😁

Cheap options and great support

Cheap options and great support. If any problem arise with the bought product they will handle it in no time.
I once had a problem with a NORDVPN account I bought from them, couldn't sign in, yet they handled it very professionally and gave a new account.
