Scammers! I’ve been apart of their smart subscription for 3 years without noticing it. Never agreed to it. Will never buy through Gamvio again

Although I purchased a one time product they have started a subscription behind my back. Only shady key sites I regularly check throughly for theses tricks but they must have legit almost hid it. 0 transparency can not recommend!

They broke the law by law they are required to send out reminder emails for subscriptions so be careful the dont follow the law

Just tried to buy a game. Website is showing PayPal as a payment method. But at the checkout no PayPal. I saw another possible payment method: "iDeal". The description says: online banking transfer. I thought: ok, cool. I'll chose this. But NO. After clicking on buy and get transferred to iDeal it suddenly says: only banks from Netherlands. Wow. Great. Thanks for nothing. Now I have to write a ticket because there's no button for cancelling an order. Thanks for wasting my time Gamivo. 1995 called on the phone and ir wants his online-gamestore back. Never again. 0 Stars is my real rating.

Sadly, Trust Pilot had some positive reviews for Gamvio, should have known better.

Scrutinized every detail Gamvio had on their pages for ESET Internet Security. Absolutely NOTHING was mentioned that the seller was selling a SHARED key that the buyer has ZERO control over rather than a legitimate key where the buyer has control. Essentially the seller has access to your computer through ESET accounts. If the buyer has a legitimate ESET key then they can create an ESET account and be able to track and shut down THEIR computer if it is stolen, with a shared key account the seller of the key has full control of the key rather than the buyer. Had to immediately delete ESET account from computer and install different virus program.

Jumped through the hoops of filing a "ticket" with gamvio, just rhetoric and excuses, their business model appears to be very well schooled on how to rip people off and protect every cent of their commissions. I will need to go through my card company to get my money back

Just another scammer website, STAY AWAY

Key arrived okay but hidden in the T&Cs is a subscription that charges you about £4 a month. Total scam. Avoid.

Never buy from here you will maybe get your code but what you dont know is they will charge you for Gamvio SMART wivh charges 4,16€ a month this happend to me for 2 months and you will not get a refund

Wished I'd come here before I made a purchase, bought a sims 3 base game key, when activated it was for one of the sims 3 expansionpacks. I made a ticket but it seems from the other comments that maybe I should just let it go.

Very low and slow service, never deal with them, i suggest. I purchased a FIFA 23 key, and I was delivered a none working key. Created a ticket, uploaded screenshots and all proofs etc and now after two days I still did not get my money back or a working key. They will respond in seconds for presales ticket but for support requests you might wait forever

Very hit and miss, Gamvio vends third party software and some of the suppliers have dodgy key codes despite the price being about average for the product. I've had straight forward dealings with them but when things go wrong they are very slow to correct and the focus is on getting the supplier's agreement that they haven't supplied what was described. This would be OK if the suppliers were a bit more reputable.
