Shipping delay 7 days to receive my order

When i first started ordering from ganja express there shipping was grate 3 days and your order was at your door the last 2 times I have ordered it has taken 7 days to arrive so now I am out with any smoke and had to go buy more till it arrives I do not think I will order from ganja express ever again I contacted customer service and they didn't really care before it got shipped I asked for a refund and they said no my etransfer went into thier account with minutes

Reliable since the 2010's

I've never once NOT gotten my order for the many many years I've been ordering from ganjaexpress.ca, and it's only been delayed a few times during peak mail season and the strike. Prices are great, and product is great. I've only had 1 single issue and that was with product replacements, but that's a problem I can live with to continue as a repeat customer.
