My girlfriend loved the bag. No doubt the quality of the bag however the packaging needs to compliment the the GANNI name, quality of the bag and the price of the bag. The packaging needs create an excitement when unpacking.

Dear Ganni Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent order (No. 01747933), which was intended as a birthday gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, she never received the package, despite a delivery notification from your courier, EVRI.
It is unacceptable that an order worth over £431 was entrusted to such an unreliable courier. I strongly believe that a brand like Ganni should ensure secure and trustworthy delivery services, especially for high-value orders. The behavior of the courier in this case was dishonest, and I am extremely disappointed.
I have already reached out via phone and email to request a full compensation for this undelivered order. I urge you to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
