I came in today to buy a few gifts for my mother and Natalie was amazing at assisting us! Her character and professionalism was immaculate!

This was my first time in a pawnbrokers and the staff could not have been more helpfull.
Natalie and Zoe served me and were very careing and I was amazed as to how much my few bits of jeweller were worth, these had been in my jewellery box for years and not worn and gold so decided to part with them. I thought I would get about £500 to £1000 but when they said it was over £1500 I must admit I cried as to how much I got.
I also took some silver in boxes and they weighed it and gave me a price but also advised I might get more if I took them to an antique shop to see if I got more which was lovely of them.
I would go back again as it was easy to sell things and I would recomend this shop.

A lovely lady called Zoe Brindley made me feel welcome with a lovely smile. Zoe put me at ease and was a constant help helping to find what i wanted to buy. Zoe went through tray after tray finding the right ring for the right price. Without Zoes help and persistance in looking for a ring for a special night to make my girlfriend happy i would of been stuck so a big thankyou from a very happy customer x

Popped into GA pawnbrokers today and what a lovely refresh they’ve had. Beautiful fern geometric wallpaper , with matching chair colourway and mirror … looked and felt really luxurious. Always wonderful service with such knowledgeable & friendly staff.

I have never used a Pawnbroker before until this week. I wanted to sell my old, never to be used again gold, and I really didn't know what to expext. Natalie Holt at GA Pawnbrokers in Eastbourne was so amazing and made my first experience so easy, I will visit again. Natalie greeted me with a smile and her friendly professional demena put me at ease and made the whole experience so easy. I was totally shocked at how much my old broken gold was worth!
