Today I visited GA Pawnbrokers I had visited a few days before and was cogitating about a beautiful full eternity ring. I rarely find rings to fit me, always needing to have them sized.
The staff and customer service is always professional, friendly and impeccable.
Today was no exception. I was served by the shop manager Brenton who was very kind and helpful with all the information regarding the ring which I happily purchased.
The staff at GA do go the extra mile for great customer satisfaction and I was happy to give them a great score to show how happy I am with the excellent service.

A lovely lady called Zoe Brindley made me feel welcome with a lovely smile. Zoe put me at ease and was a constant help helping to find what i wanted to buy. Zoe went through tray after tray finding the right ring for the right price. Without Zoes help and persistance in looking for a ring for a special night to make my girlfriend happy i would of been stuck so a big thankyou from a very happy customer x

I first visited GA Jewellers in Hove to find out if I could have a ring repaired. The stone had fallen out and the ring was very sentimental to me. I received a call from Harry who advised me that the ring was irreparable. He talked me through the various options available and invited me to come in and discuss it further. I then settled on using the original stone to create a new ring. He was very patient and understanding realising how much the original ring meant to me. He helped me with the design and advised on additional stones and settings and understood and allowed me to take my time to truly come up with something I would be happy with and would do justice to the original ring. Harry kept me up to date with the process and gave me a realistic timescale. I was so excited when I was told the ring was ready. The new ring is absolutely stunning and I am so happy. I am very impressed with the service and expertise received and would wholeheartedly recommend Harry and GA Jewellers.

Could not be more helpful and very afficent, they know what they are doing. I have waited 7 years for a coin to be put on my chain . I was told it was not possible, but the job has amazing results. I love it and would highly recommend them for pure professional help and friendly support

100% recommend. I popped in with my dad’s watch, which I thought I had broken. I needed it fixed in a couple of days before my wedding day. The guys in the shop fixed my watch within the day, and I picked it up a few hours after dropping it off. The staff were so kind and helpful, and fixed & cleaned the watch, making it look better than it has done in years. A huge thank you, and I would come back / refer to a friend in a heartbeat.
