Always friendly , helpful, Informative, kind and understanding

Had excellent experiences with Justin, buying casio watch, and selling a gold watch and charms for cash, which I used to purchase a pre-loved TAG. Very helpful and patient, and very happy with my purchase.

I just popped in to see if there was a stone missing from my Opal ring. Justin, the Manager, was very friendly, advised that the ring was intact and would I like him to clean it? Excellent service, will definitely use again.

Always a pleasure to visit Hove Branch in George Street. Excellent customer service, fair prices and i wouldnt trust anyone else with my jewellery when it needs repairing i did once go elsewhere and i immediately regretted it and had to take it to gold arts to sort out the mess. Dealt with the manager today who is super friendly welcoming and very fair, even putting up with my noisey 2 frenchies who he made of fuss off. Well done gold arts youve got a superd team run by a superd manager 10 out of 10 to you all!!!

I first visited GA Jewellers in Hove to find out if I could have a ring repaired. The stone had fallen out and the ring was very sentimental to me. I received a call from Harry who advised me that the ring was irreparable. He talked me through the various options available and invited me to come in and discuss it further. I then settled on using the original stone to create a new ring. He was very patient and understanding realising how much the original ring meant to me. He helped me with the design and advised on additional stones and settings and understood and allowed me to take my time to truly come up with something I would be happy with and would do justice to the original ring. Harry kept me up to date with the process and gave me a realistic timescale. I was so excited when I was told the ring was ready. The new ring is absolutely stunning and I am so happy. I am very impressed with the service and expertise received and would wholeheartedly recommend Harry and GA Jewellers.

I visited the Hove branch of GA to sell a ring and change a strap on a new Patek Philippe watch I’d recently bought.
The staff were brilliant
Got the usual good price for a gold ring and Michelle changed the strap. She also noticed the old strap had been put on the wrong way and so corrected this for the new one and didn’t charge me for the job. Fantastic, helpful and thoughtful.
