Took my Tag watch in here today because I had lost the little screw which holds the battery retaining clip. After a warm greeting I was told to come back in 20 minutes...
My watch was returned, repaired, with the battery i had supplied fitted, time and date set. When I offered to pay I was waved away with "Our Compliments - just leave us a good review..." Well here it is - brilliant empathetic service and a new customer for life. Thank You.

Olly was fantastic in sourcing my watch, very professional with superb communication.

I wanted a top-name watch and went to a few shops in Brighton. GA were the most impressive. Tristan is highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions well. Also, very friendly, trustworthy and genuinely customer-focused - at the end I had decided which model I wanted but couldn't decide between two watches with different coloured bezels. He said "If I may say so, this one suits your look better". He was right and I bought it, but it he could have got more money for GA if he'd recommended the other - it was the more expensive of the two. 100% recommendation.

Popped in on the off chance, trying to find a jewellers where I could get the battery changed in my Tissot watch on the same day(as we were on holiday ).They did it in minutes and very kindly didn't charge me.
