It’s is impossible to get in contact with a real person, my package was missing one of my items, even though it said received on all. I like the 2/3 clothes I have received.

The cashier at the Frisco, TX location was very very rude. She was training a new girl, and right in front of us, she proceeded to say “don’t ever give them the clothes until their payment says approved. You don’t want them to run off with it.” Excuse me? Who even says that in front of paying customers. It was rude, tasteless and tacky. We were visiting from out of town because El Paso doesn’t have one. I’m not sure if she said it because the associates were white and were Mexican, or what the reasoning one. Either way we won’t be shopping with this company anymore.

Both items came damaged despite spending almost $90 on a set. The bra has a black/blueish stain while the shorts have several ripped seams. Truly disappointing for the amount of money being spent.

This was my first time ordering from Garage, and unfortunately it will likely be my last.

I paid $35 for shipping and my order arrived with one item missing and another item in the wrong color. Customer service refunded the missing item, but because their system doesn’t allow replacements, I was told I would have to place a brand-new order and pay shipping again if I wanted the correct shirt.

While the customer service representative was kind and professional throughout the process, the company’s policies left me paying for a mistake that wasn’t mine. A refund for the missing item doesn’t resolve the fact that I still don’t have what I originally ordered, and I don’t think customers should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a fulfillment error.

I appreciate the representative’s professionalism, but Garage’s resolution was 450 reward points and no way to receive the correct item without spending more money. That’s disappointing for a company of this size.

I hope Garage reevaluates its policies so future customers aren’t left in the same situation.

They make sure to give updates on your order and their shirts are very high quality

Staff were rude and gave nasty looks. Didn't help or offer assistance. Bad quality and size was funky

My package came fast and in great condition. The quality was great and felt amazing. I highly recommend!

Too expensive, those soft bbl pants need to have more availability in the short size bc the average height is around 5’4 and those are wayyyy too long, and we need more colors. The teal and purple colors went way too fast.

Terrible experience not sure why they have customer service.

Too much sportswear. I want the club clothes back.

The staff are always super nice and willing to help/answer questions and they have a pretty decent selection of clothing.

Sienna was really great! She brought really great energy to the store and made me excited and happy to be there.

Workers were very rude and not helpful. They we’re mainly standing around talking to each other. And did get my items on sale as I was supposed to

it is overall very nice but very pricey for basic essentials that could be marketed a little bit cheaper, but overall really nice quality

I really like the quality of the clothes and how comfy they are. All my favourite clothes are from garage, but it’s just so expensive and nothing is on sale in store ever. It’s only on sale now in medicine hat because they are closing, but still barely anything is on sale. I also don’t like how the jean skirts has shorts underneath and the shorts just ruin the fit and scrunch up the back. Aswell has the xs was too big around my waist. In the end, i love all my basics from there like my sweat skirt, long sleeve shirt and my black tank. all my shirts i really like the fit of them, how they are stretchy and also morph to my body.

I continue to have issues with garage and getting their shipments. So frustrating and makes me not want to order from them.

The fit and colors are so so cute and perfect for literally anything! The only thing I am sad about is the price, it's so expensive 😭 but other than that super cute! Also usually staff is very nice and quality of clothes is good too!
