No les compres a estos chicos si quieres que cumplan con sus obligaciones de garantía. He escrito repetidamente a su equipo de soporte técnico sin obtener respuesta. Cuando respondieron, me dijeron que pidiera un presupuesto para la reparación. Lo hice, y pasaron semanas sin respuesta. Llevo meses pidiendo que me reparen un vehículo que compré y esperé semanas a que lo tuvieran listo. Después de dos semanas, fui a recogerlo con muchas ganas. Lo conduje 1 km y tuve que dar la vuelta porque los sensores se volvían locos, activándose a cualquier provocación, hubiera algo cerca o no. Su mejor solución fue desconectar los sensores. Quería llevarme el coche a casa y podría llevarlo a reparar en un par de días. A la mañana siguiente, después de mi primera noche en casa con el coche, noté una fuga importante de aceite en la entrada. ¡Se suponía que el coche estaba listo! Ahora mismo, no confío en estos chicos para nada. CERO servicio posventa, y la garantía parece una broma. Tenía que darles una estrella, pero sinceramente, si no hubiera ninguna, les daría esa. Esta reseña es lo que te mereces por cómo me has tratado hasta ahora. No quiero que esto te pase, por eso escribo esta dura reseña.

Esta respuesta es condescendiente y está llena de falsedades. Esperé las dos semanas completas que es costumbre en Garage Club. Tenía una cita. ¡No me presenté sin más! Si el coche no estaba listo (y desde luego no lo estaba), lo correcto sería llamarme para reprogramar. Llegué a la hora acordada. El coche estaba todo menos listo. Me llevé el coche después de pasar varias horas mientras tus mecánicos intentaban arreglar los sensores que se activaban a cada rato. Su solución fue desconectarlos. ¡Por cierto, siguen desconectados! Si no llamo, envío un correo electrónico o intento contactarte, no hay respuesta. Hubo uno antes (hace unas tres semanas) que decía que habías recibido el presupuesto para arreglar el problema de la fuga de aceite. Eso fue lo último que supe.
NO ME MIENTAS NI AL PÚBLICO. Lo que digo es 100 % VERDAD. Ayer envié mensajes después de esperar semanas. Hoy no he recibido respuesta; sin embargo, obviamente viste mis reseñas de Google y Trust Pilot. Don't buy from these guys if you want them to honor their warranty obligations. I've written to their tech support team repeatedly without a response. When they did respond, they told me to get a quote for the repair. I did, and weeks went by with no response. I've been asking for a vehicle I bought to be repaired for months and waited weeks for them to have it ready for me. After two weeks, I eagerly went to pick it up. I drove it 1 km and had to turn back because the sensors were going crazy, triggering at any provocation, whether there was anything nearby or not. Their best solution was to disconnect the sensors. I wanted to take the car home and could take it in for repairs after a couple of days. The next morning, after my first night home with the car, I noticed a major oil leak in the driveway. The car was supposedly ready! Right now, I don't trust these guys at all. ZERO after-sales service, and the warranty seems like a joke. I had to give them one star, but honestly, if there weren't any, I'd give them that one. This review is what you deserve for how you've treated me so far. I don't want this to happen to you, which is why I'm writing this harsh review.

This response is condescending and full of falsehoods. I waited the full two weeks that Garage Club customarily does. I had an appointment. I didn't just show up! If the car wasn't ready (and it certainly wasn't), the right thing to do would have been to call me to reschedule. I arrived at the agreed time. The car was anything but ready. I took the car home after spending several hours while your mechanics tried to fix the sensors that kept triggering. Their solution was to disconnect them. By the way, they're still disconnected! If I don't call, email, or try to contact you, there's no response. There was one earlier (about three weeks ago) that said you had received the quote to fix the oil leak. That was the last I heard.
DO NOT LIE TO ME OR THE PUBLIC. What I'm saying is 100% TRUE. I sent messages yesterday after waiting weeks. Today I haven't heard back; however, you obviously saw my Google and Trust Pilot reviews. They seem responsive, but they fix my car! You guys are the worst car-buying experience in my 50-plus years of driving!

Not like a normal garage
I liked a car which I saw on your web site . However I was not allowed to view the car with the salesman ‘s full attention without “ blocking “ the car. This is very different to a normal garage selling cars.
I do not agree with it and I think that a normal process to buy cars should also be allowed ie. with the sales man’s full attention. As a result I did not buy a car from garage club .

Still not getting my reservation money back. I persist. No car delivered, but resold to another and put my money in their own pockets. Pure scam, you would think a reliable company would refund you without a fight. But no,...they continue to prove to be unreliable and scam people daily!
Meanwhile, my papers have been handed over to the court.
Aún no me han devuelto el dinero de la reserva. Insisto. No me entregaron el coche, sino que se lo revendieron a otra persona y se metieron mi dinero en sus propios bolsillos. Pura estafa, uno pensaría que una empresa fiable te devolvería el dinero sin rechistar. Pero no,... ¡siguen demostrando que no son fiables y estafan a la gente a diario!
Mientras tanto, mis papeles han sido entregados al juzgado.

Nunca reserves un coche, a menos que estés 100% seguro de que el coche está en perfectas condiciones y que vas a recogerlo al día siguiente. Si el coche NO coincide con la descripción perderá su dinero. Este es un modelo de ingresos para el Garage Club.
To date, I have not received my money back. You can very easily reserve a car. NEVER DO IT. If anything goes wrong you will lose your money. Garage Club Barcelona is a criminal organization. Never reserve a car, unless you are 100% sure that the car is tip top condition and you are going to pick it up the next day. If the car does NOT meet the description you will lose your money. This is a revenue model for the Garage Club.

Les había dicho con antelación que me iba de vacaciones y que necesitaba operarme. Revendisteis el coche en menos de un mes y no me devolvisteis MI dinero como prometisteis en vuestra página web. Esto os va a traer cola. Increíble que por 200 euros, dinero que ni siquiera es vuestro todavía, corráis estos riesgos. Sabes que soy holandés y podemos pagar a un buen abogado. Te enviaremos la factura después del acuerdo. Y todos los gastos también. Buena suerte.
I had told you in advance that I was going on vacation and needed surgery. You resold the car within a month and did not return MY money as you promised on your website. This is going to have quite a tailspin for you. Unbelievable that you take these risks for 200 euros, money that is not even yours yet. You know I am Dutch, and we can pay a good lawyer. We will send you the bill after settlement. And all the costs as well. Good luck with it.

People, level of service and sincerity towards outsiders where always noticeably different to the experiences I had in other countries I have lived …. Until I found my car in Garage Club. This Car Dealership is TOP level service and made feel like I was in other place in the World ☺️. Staff is very professional, welcoming and sincerely interested in providing you the best possible experience. Everything is organized and executed to the high standard. I felt welcomed and sought after thorough make a deal of purchasing the car. The car itself is great, it has been serviced for me and they even repaired the upholstery and repainted the wheels for me !! My special thanks goes to Adrià who is a great pal and very kind and helpful individual!

AUDI A6 C7 ALLROAD
I bought a car from them in November 2023 , a 2016 audi a6 c7 allroad , I waited a month for it .... And they did a lot of work on it , they even took the motor off and changed the chains in it . It's expensive, I know. A lot of work done! All quality. I have driven 7000 km since November and no problems, only the webasta stopped working, but I will go back and I think they will fix it. I also have to replace the brake system myself. Since the car shakes at speed, but it's not their fault. I like that the car withstood 3800 km one way in two days without any problems. Also employees of the salon always answer me on the mail, you can ask for help to the mechanic and he will tell you what to do.
Les compré un coche en noviembre de 2023 , un audi a6 c7 allroad de 2016 , lo esperé un mes .... Y le hicieron mucho trabajo , hasta le quitaron el motor y le cambiaron las cadenas . Eso es caro lo se . ¡Mucho trabajo hecho! Todo de calidad. He hecho 7000km desde noviembre y ningún problema, solo la webasta dejó de funcionar pero volveré y creo que lo arreglarán. También tengo que cambiar yo el sistema de frenos. El coche tiembla a velocidad pero no es culpa de ellos. Me gusta que el coche aguantó 3800 km de ida en dos días sin problemas. Además los empleados del salón siempre me contestan al correo, puedes pedir ayuda al mecánico y él me dirá qué hacer.
