Het ging mis bij de eindafrekening

Het ging mis bij de eindafrekening. Op de borg werden 2 bedragen ingehouden van in totaal meer dan €100. Een voor vervanging sleutel brievenbus terwijl aantoonbaar geen sleutel bij aangaan huurovk was verkregen en een bedrag aan vaste kosten electra. Ik heb 2 x een mail gestuurd met verzoek om opheldering en die zijn niet beantwoord. Telefonisch contact lukte ook niet. De plaatselijke beheerster reageert ook niet meer. Zeer teleurstellend
