Misunderstanding

The overall experience is very good and the issue was because of a misunderstanding in which Imani is in touch and helping to resolve the issue.

Thank u so much jamal for following up and canceling my membership to avoid any deductions on my bank account, the subscription to the membership actually was by mistake, i was sent a link to get a 90% discount on the north face bagback , and something lead to another and ended up with a membership with an automatic top-up , apparently i was scammed by the link , but good thing Jamal saved the day , thank u
