Refused to deliver product; Refuses to refund money

I ordered product (blueberry bushes) in May. It is now August. Have made every attempt to contact them either for delivery or refund of money. They have ignored my letter through the postal mail. I have sent emails, which they would occasionally respond to by saying they have now shipped items, only to discover that they never did ship. I have requested that they send me my money back. No response to this request. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service and lack of response to at least refund my money.

They dont respond or answer the phone

Placed an order with GardenersChoice. com and have not received it. Tried to contact them by phone, and they do not answer. Tried to contact them by E-mail and they dont respond. However they wasted no time in charging my credit card.
