Deceptive advertising

I won't knowingly order from this company again. Ordered the Seed vault kits from an Instagram post(bad idea) on December 7, 2025 assuming they were a product of the USA. Ordered a wild flower kit also. The order shipped from China, according to tracking, on December 20, 2025. No specific places enroute. It supposedly arrived in the US at one point then stalled. I sent an email asking about my order and the tracking started again from China. Finally received my order on January 17, 2026. I sent a request to return the order but have not received a reply. I have tried to use some of the links from when I placed the order to contact Gardeners vault but none of them work anymore. When I opened the package they are labeled as "proudly grown and packaged in the US", but they come from China. I have noticed on social media that there are advertisements for this same product under different names.

Since you have to give a star is only…

Since you have to give a star is only reason for it. I ordered 2 packs of heirloom seeds on 11/23/25 and received them on 2/2/26. It clearly stated on website get seeds in 7-14 days. When I emailed them about 2 weeks before they came. Got an email and I was told they could not cancel till after seeds come. I hit of a little blue arrow that said where are your seeds. I hit it. They came from Wahu, China. I printed it up for proof. So do not order from this company. From now on I will check Trustpilot before any order. I am telling the honest to goodness truth.Hope I can stop any more orders to a fraudulently and deceiving company. I am in the process of getting my $106 back.Sent 4 emails so far nothing. But I don't give up that easy.

Seeds come from China - severe import delays

I ordered a packet of seeds from this website. It is now 53 days and I still have not received them. The only reason it is even a two-star, rather than a one-star, is because they respond quickly to email inquiries; the response sounds like it is an AI response and did not resolve my problem but merely gave me a tracking number. Tracking showed me that the packet of seeds was shipped from China, and after more than a month finally landed somewhere (tracking doesn’t show where) in the United States and is “in clearance processing”. It has been like this for more than two weeks. I am not happy.
