The Item I 'Bought' online was out of stock!
The website said there was 5 in stock and allowed me to purchase the item.
I got a phone call later that day, to say no stock available and I would be refunded, possibly within 2 days!
Customer service was ok, but need to get the website updated!

Well packaged and delivered within the stated timeframe.

No problem here, delivery was within days.

Delivery was on time but as this is a Christmas present it has not been opened yet.

I ordered 2 of the same item, only one arrived. Still waiting for the second one to arrive.

Very poor packaging meant sharp blades of the product were sticking out the side of the cardboard box, product itself could of been damaged or worse somebody could have been injured!

I ordered a 1.8 metre veg trog, not a lightweight piece of kit, during the afternoon and it was here the next day. Just on standard delivery. Fantastic service. Thanks.

I received my product well packaged and promptly.

Arrived within two days of ordering. One of the easiest things I have ever put together. Roomy and easy to manage. Nice and sturdy. Plants seem right at home!

I ordered a med Veg Trug farmhouse kit and it was the best price on the web. Then came the delivery !! it was delivered within two days(considering I ordered it on a Saturday at about 5pm)it was unbelievable. I cannot fault the product or sevice from this company. I would highly reccomend them!!!!

Product was cheaply priced compared to other retailers although it is quite heavy compared to my old leaf rake. I ordered the item on a Thursday and chose the Next Day Delivery option at a cost of £6.95. Unfortunately, this was overlooked and my order was sent out Royal Mail 48hrs, and did not arrive until the Monday. I queried this with Garden Essentials and they said they would refund me the difference in costs. Nevertheless, I would probably use this company again, but would not opt for Next Day delivery!

My only criticism would be that when ordered it asked for any requests to be noted in provided text box. We asked for an indication of expected time of delivery to our home, or just AM/PM. This did not happen and delivery just turned up, luckily we were in and took delivery from driver who was friendly and obliging. Other than the no delivery time notification we are very happy with the service and the product Lazy Spa palm Springs hot tub is brilliant, better than we had expected.

I needed clarification regarding the order I wished to make and so I decided to telephone the company. I was given helpful advice in a prompt and efficient way. I now have exactly what I wanted.

I turned to Garden Essentials when I couldn't obtain a fleece cover for my medium trug from my local garden centre. My order came within days and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very quick delivery easy to set up
But no chemicals for start up ! Perhaps a starter kit should be included !
