I had an enquiry about some replacement cushion covers for some Bramblecrest chairs and footstools. I spoke to Tom who said he would make enquiries with the company and email me with details of price etc.
Within a couple of hours Tom emailed me with a price and apologies that the waiting time was likely to be up to 16 weeks. I was very impressed with the speed of his reply
We had previously dealt with the company as we wanted a small table which usually was part of a set. Tincleton’s were the only ones who could supply the table and the speed of delivery was excellent. If I need anything else for our furniture I won’t hesitate to contact this company first.

Excellent service from this company. I placed an order on 24 June 26 and received it on 26 June 26. I had previously ordered from the manufacturer who said they had it but subsequently said they did not have any. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

We ordered two large cushions for garden recliner chairs. The order was placed at 9am and within 20 minutes all was confirmed and being prepared for dispatch. We were kept up to date with emails at every step of the way so always knew where the order was up to. By noon shipping was confirmed and the order arrived on our doorstep at 8am the next morning. Less than 24 hours - impressive service!

Before ordering from this site, I checked trust pilot and noticed there weren’t many reviews, so I was a little sceptical. However, they had the exact table I wanted at a good price so I thought I’d take my chances and put the order in. The order was put in late on Monday evening, I then received an email around 8am the next day from Josh explaining that the order had been processed and delivery was being arranged. It was then delivered Wednesday morning - exceptionally fast and fantastic customer service! I am so glad I went ahead and I will definitely be using them in future.

Item as described. Excellent communication from Tom. Very fast delivery. Never ordered from them before but pleased we did and would order again based on this experience.

I was a little hesitant to order garden furniture from this company as I hadn't heard of it before and it didn't have many online reviews. I am so glad that I went ahead. They stock quality items at good prices, the ordering process was easy and thereafter, the customer service I received from Tom was excellent - great communication, delivery was even quicker than expected and he checked with me first which days and times would be most suitable. I had such a positive experience, I wouldn't hesitate to order again and recommend to others.

Excellent service. They had stock when others didn’t... gave me options on delivery date, and the carrier phoned ahead of delivery. Good assistance from Tom.
