I purchased a hozelock hosepipe and…

I purchased a hozelock hosepipe and real and was prompted to spend a few more pounds to receive a free spay nozzle, so I purchased another one for a birthday gift for a family member, when it arrived no free nozzle so was promised one to be sent to me the next week but nothing arrived and I have had no more respone from the company

Browsing was simple

Browsing was simple. Prices were very competitive. Easy to purchase, and delivery was pretty quick too.
I know it was just a hosepipe and reel, but the shopping experience was as good as I’ve had from any online store, shop or e-commerce.

I ordered a Hozelok hose and reel

I ordered a Hozelok hose and reel. My order was dealt with promptly.
Unfortunately, the product never arrived.
The company were very good and sent out a replacement straightaway and was delivered on time.
Overall a good service.
