The bamboo was in transit far too long
I know you say 5 days but this is clearly too long
It says on the boxes live plants open immediately
They arrived in a poor state but I think the plants were not the best to start with as they have not improved
The delivery company were a nightmare
Overall disappointing all round with the quality and service

Well the plants arrived
Well the plants arrived , left them a couple of days to settle then potted on . I had placed them in a gravelled area only to discover slugs had got to them . Not sure how as other plants were fine . I must admit to being very disappointed , plants were removed to greenhouse and have continued to rot away . Had hoped for some sign of life .
