Poor plantsEight out of twelve plants so big they…
Eight out of twelve plants so big they wouldn't fit in the packing box.
They were bent over so much they reached the other end of the box.
In the middle of the three was a plant 75mm tall compared to the side plants which were 320mm.
Paid full price for two thirds of the order. Centre plants were trashed.
This is the third time I've been let down this year by a company who were previously excellent.
This season's temperatures maybe ?.
I didn't complain this time as "I will be voting with my feet"

I have found ordering plants from Gardening Direct, easy to navigate, prices showing clearing, payment process easy to follow. The plants arrived at the time stated on my order, in good condition, Delivered by the courier, respecting that the parcel contained live plants. Removing the packaging was easy, plants were carefully placed into the boxes, making sure of no damage. A Delight to continue with planting my garden for the Autumn.

Plants arrived in excellent condition. Packaged very well indeed. Plants appear to be coming on well - probably tripled in size so far. Delivery service good - I will order from Gardening Direct again.
