Used to be better
Used to love each product from this brand, but nowadays the vitamin and the turmeric that I give to my son aren't available anymore.
Furthermore, got upset because last time I spent more than £100 and didn't receive my present, when I complained I just got an excuse, showing absolutely any concern with a very loyal client.

Tracking and Delivery systems need work
While the products that I have tried so far are very good the delivery system and monitoring of delivery system is very poor. The tracking system is completely unreliable and I was so embarrassed as my neighbour was watching out for delivery for me. This happened two days in a row - wrong information on tracking. I was very concerned as the supplements are expensive and I had ordered 4 products. On the third day of expected delivery confirmation by Garden of Life the package arrived via post even though DHL had been mentioned in delivery notification. Adding a stressful experience to wellness products seems quite ironic and other customers seem to share this poor tracking and delivery experience. It is one area that definitely needs to be worked on for customer satisfaction and in the spirit of a company that one can trust.

Their probiotics gave me diarrhea
The Garden of Life probiotics were a huge disappointment for both me and my girlfriend. Not only did they give us diarrhea, but we also saw no health benefits whatsoever. These outrageously expensive products, purportedly of high quality, come with no guaranteed shelf life, and we suspect that their efficacy may have been compromised during air travel. Furthermore, the women's probiotics we purchased arrived open and without a USDA seal on the package, which is unacceptable. I believe the strains in these probiotics simply aren't worth it, and it's a shame we invested so much money in them. We'll be going back to Optibac Max Strength, which has provided us with positive results in the past. This was our first and last experience with Garden of Life products, also known as Nestlé. We do not recommend them to anyone.
