Would give it a 0star rating if I…

Would give it a 0star rating if I could. Ordered a shed with 24hour express delivery. Received 1of 2 boxes about a week later. Got the second box covered in paint with holes in it two weeks later. Complained, which is hard work. No number and takes forever for a response and was told a new part would be sent. Today I’ve waited in and now received a raised planter. NOT THE PART I WANTED. Now I have 3 large boxes blocking my garden access and I’m sat waiting for them to sort it out. They even wanted me to get rid of the damaged box of shed. Two man lift, too big for my car. Come and collect it you clowns!

Didn't even last a year

I bought a beautiful solar powered water features from them a year ago next month. I went to put water in it yesterday to start a clean and found that through the winter the bottom had cracked and come away. I took photos and sent them to Garden Sanctuary CS and was told the warranty only last 6 months nothing we can do. The item is cleary faulty if it cracks first winter. But they dont want to know.

Having reviewed your case, we can confirm the item is over warranty period. As such, we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund in this instance.

Outdoor water features must be fully drained and protected during colder months, as freezing conditions can cause expansion and lead to cracking if water remains inside. This is a standard care requirement for this type of product.

While we understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, our position remains in line with our warranty terms. That said, we do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.

Great customer service but...

Great customer service but product is disappointing. Purchased a water feature very similar to one I had previously from a different company. This one looks nice but sadly water is virtually silent😢

ordered through B and Q

ordered through B and Q, the gate never arrived, they use Evri ( formerly known as Herpes...sorry Hermes)as their courier.. need i say any more.
Don't order anything from them... ive now got to print off a form and send it to them to confirm i haven't received my gate, despite Evri opening a lost parcel case, and despite the pic the driver took is very clearly not my house, they had my correct address, i have a large number above my door, but their driver couldnt find it?? how either company stay in business is a mystery to me..

*DONT BUY* Awful product. NOT AS IT SEEMS.

Awful product.
Ordered a gate, arrived and it was so flimsy! I could push with my little finger. I asked for a full refund including a prepaid delivery code but they refused. This item is not fit for purpose and I explained this to them but they said it was my opinion. I'm a professional gardener/ handyman with my own business. So I know a thing or 2 about these things.

Slatted Fences

Poor delivery and customer service

We ordered a garden storage unit and we got a delivery date and slot which required us to stay in all day yesterday. No delivery happened . Got email response and link which said parcel couldn’t be located. Complained again and same response asking us to wait a few days . As responses came in middle of night I suspect A1 not a service agent. Still haven’t had product or refund. Don’t use this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM GARDEN SANCTUARY!!!

I bought a water fountain from Garden Sanctuary for my Mum as a special 70th birthday present in late July 2025, which has already stopped working (despite being properly maintained). It has been less than 1 year and Garden Sanctuary won't even replace it or refund it - unbelievable considering the standard 1 year product warranty should apply! I would urge you NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from this Company, as their customer service is appalling and they have no common decency, particularly given the circumstances, where the product was purchased for a very special occasion - To say we are dissatisfied with their services is a complete understatement, and if we could leave zero stars we would!! Karma will come your way, a bad word spreads much faster than a good one....

Toddler swing and slide set

Bought this for my grandson for our own garden after purchasing one for his first birthday. Excellent quality and quite easy to put together. Delivered on time and received notifications regarding delivery. Would recommend.

Lovely shed

This shed was quite easy to put together so long as you follow the very good instructions. My partner and myself put it together in 10 hours and we are both in our late sixties. It looks so stunning when finished , I am well impressed with this shed.

Zero customer service ! I ordered a log store on Feb 2 after not getting any delivery and allowed them plenty of time (despite me paying for speedy delivery ) I am still waiting for my refund. Appalling service

When we first began investigating with DX Logistics, we had not yet received a clear response from them regarding the parcel’s whereabouts. At that stage, based on the limited information available, we advised that the item may have been lost in transit. Once we received formal confirmation from the courier, we were informed that the parcel had in fact been returned to us due to an address query.

We completely understand why this felt inconsistent, and we apologise that our updates changed as new information came in. Our intention was to keep you informed during the investigation, but we appreciate that this understandably caused confusion.

With regard to the address, we do not believe you provided incorrect details. Sometimes different courier networks operate with different routing systems, local depots, or driver-level knowledge of newer addresses. While other carriers may have successfully delivered to you, this particular shipment was flagged by the courier as requiring additional address information and was automatically returned. We are raising this directly with the courier to better understand why this happened.

As previously confirmed, once the parcel was returned to us, a full refund was processed. If you are still unable to see this in your account now, please message us directly with your order number and we will immediately provide the transaction confirmation and escalate if necessary.

We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. This is not the experience we want for our customers.

I purchased an outdoor lock up item…

I purchased an outdoor lock up item only to have to return it due to size. This company was awful eventually asking me to reject it from Evri and then not refunded me to date. I've now actioned a charge back via card company. Avoid these people they won't refund you or answer emails don't make mistake I made.

You contacted us within 24 hours to request cancellation of your outdoor storage order. Unfortunately, by the time we opened and processed your message, the parcel had already been dispatched from our warehouse and was with Evri, which meant we were unable to stop it immediately.

As soon as we became aware of your request, we contacted the courier to arrange a return-to-sender. The parcel has now been successfully recalled, and we have processed a full refund to your original payment method.

We’re sorry that this process was not as smooth as either of us would have liked. There was no intention to withhold your refund, and we apologise for any delay in communication while the recall was being arranged with the courier.

We can confirm that your full refund was processed on 26th February to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 1–5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If the funds are not visible after this timeframe, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to provide the transaction reference so you can trace this with your card provider if needed.

Not sure if they are dishonest or just incompetent.

I have been trying to get this company to collect a large item to return for weeks now. Two promised collection days. The item is heavy and sitting on my doorstep. The collection company have not materialised again! I feel like they are playing some king of warped game with me where they promise a collection and then it does not happen. I have asked them to call me.

Great purchase!

Great purchase!

Needed small tables for my husband's restaurant to supplement extra busy nights. In particular, Valentine's day when we had so many 2's to cater for. Buying these tables was the best thing ever, solved the problem and everyone was happy.
