I found Emma and Gardens of Style by chance during my years of combing the internet in search of my future pergola.
Well the time finally came to take the plunge as I near completion of my garden, and Emma helped to confirm my choice with her vast knowledge of the various products on offer.
She guided me through every stage of the process; ensuring I had all the correct groundwork in place for installation, providing me with all the necessary measurements. I was kept informed of the order status and when delivery/installation was due.
Emma was very keen to hear how it was progressing and see some photos, and wanted to ensure any snagging/issues were dealt with by the company.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma, she genuinely cares and wants to ensure she delivers you the best product and experience possible. Even after installation she checks up to ensure you are still happy.

Emma is very responsive and helpful. We ordered a Nova Titan pergola in cream (pebble) 3 x 2. Emma took time to understand our needs and arranged a prompt delivery. Their was a faulty screen delivered and Emma was quick to talk through possible resolutions and a solution was found. We ordered a Maze Como Pergola and the service was excellent. Unfortunately we encountered an issue with the landscaping of our garden which meant we were unable to take delivery of the Pergola as planned. Emma was really understanding and helpful in storing the Pergola for a long as possible until we were ready. The service we received was first class and professional

I ordered some shadow Louvre panels for my pergola , as the company p purchase the pergola didn’t have them in stock & wouldn’t let me pre order , I found Emma on google search , they don’t normally sell the panels without the pergola but she did & I must say it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with her company , she has kept us informed through the whole process , it’s a shame more companies don’t take the same pride , I would definitely use her again & recommend 100%

Just simple to order and delivery was spot on.

We had our Maze Como pergola delivered and installation last week. We are very pleased with it and the service we had from Emma at Gardens of style, she was very helpful and answered our many questions, regarding the pergola and fitting etc. The installation team were on time, very good and cleared away the packaging etc. The only issue we had was that they don't thread the electric cable for the lights through the post. We solved this ourselves by using black micro trunking on the outside of one of the posts. We are now looking forward to many happy hours using our pergola when summer returns.

I was looking for a side screen to fit our already purchased pergola that we brought from a company that went into liquidation.
Found one on gardens of style but wasn’t sure of the dimensions so phoned for more information. I spoke to a very pleasant lady called Emma, I explained the situation, Emma was extremely helpful and sent me the dimensions and PDF instructions booklet of the blind they sold and the we thought might fit our pergola.
As it appears to be the correct blind we orders it . It arrived 7 days later, great two man delivery team, friendly and careful. Unfortunately the blind had slight damage, I phoned Emma again and sent some photos. She quickly arranged for this blind to be picked up and arranged a replacement that arrived 7 days later. Emma’s communication was excellent throughout. She updated us frequently and even phoned to ask if the new blind had arrived and if all was well.
I highly recommend Gardens of style as a company. The blind is sturdy and strong, well made and looks great. Customer service from Emma was outstanding she really cared about the product and our experience in purchasing from this company so a huge thank you to Emma for all the support and answers to all my questions .

we purchased the cocoon fire from Gardens of Style, we have been very impressed with the whole process from the initial contact to post delivery they have kept me informed of the whole process. the fire we bought looks great in our modern house and the bonus is we can also take it out onto the patio too. I recently bought a biofuel fireplace and it’s absolutely stunning. I am absolutely amazed by how beautiful it is and how quickly it warms up the whole living room, and it’s just a pleasure to look at! Emma from customer services was brilliant, available 24/7 on WhatsApp and was incredibly helpful and kind. Totally recommend!
