Although I have twice been asked to…

Although I have twice been asked to review I am yet to receive my order. apparently "in stock" does not mean in stock. Bizarre.

'In stock' doesnt mean in stock

I ordered and paid for an item that was listed as 'in stock'.

I waited 2 and a half weeks, then chased for a dispatch date as I hadn't received an email confirming one (I never received a response to this email).

3 weeks pass so I called them. They told me the item is not in stock and they had refunded me the day after I ordered it - but I checked my account and they hadn't. Apparently there had been a 'glitch'.

Polite staff on the phone, but they need to sort their website stock levels out and their accounts team. As I say, this item is STILL LISTED AS IN STOCK.

Poor service and a waste of 3 weeks for me, I now have to start searching for an alternative item from somewhere else. I wont use this company again.

great service

Really pleased with the service I received phone call on Fri to say delivery would be Monday, then a phone call on the day to say they would be deliver in an hour which they did. Friendly, helpful delivery guy. I would happily purchase from them again.
