Poor quality Carport

As mentioned in other reviews, the material that Gardesol uses is very poor. I have had the 12'x20' carport for 2 years. I had to replace the top section last year and they did cover it under warranty. I now need to replace it again and cannot get any reply to any of their email addresses. The end section facing the sunny side has completely deteriorated and I had to purchase a new one that I have not yet installed. As mentioned by others, UV radiation rapidly deteriorates the vinyl. I strongly recommend you do not purchase any of their vinyl car ports. If the unit has any sun exposure you will be replacing panels within a year.

Junk products unfit for use and sold at a premium.

Bought a tent carport. The product is stated by Gardesol as being "heavy duty", "UV resistant", "Water resistant", for "year-round use" and rated for "all seasons".

I have had the canopy up for 11 months and its is tearing at many seams, has suffered significant UV deterioration causing both tears and general thinning of the tarp itself leading to significant water intrusion, the zippers have broken, the velcro is not strong enough to hold the side and front panels in place, the velcro tabs for securing the roof have torn and the windows have been poorly assembled and do not close properly and the seams where the bug mesh is attached looks like a drunk person sewed them.

This is after I had installed reinforcement to ensure that the tarp itself carried no snow-load at all. I do not live in a very sunny area at all. Due to the incredibly poor nature of the tarp I have had to reinforce it with Gorilla Tape at significant cost and effort to simply have any chance that this canopy will survive the winter. It still tore to shreds like tissue paper so now have had to buy an ACTUAL heavy duty tarp from Home Depot to go over the carport and protect my belongings.

The claims made about this product by Gardesol are completely false and misleading - this product barely survives a year in mild conditions.

The company was virtually useless in resolving the issue stating that supplying replacement parts or offering a refund would cost them money. Never mind that buying a tent that costs the better part of a thousand dollars and then requires the spending of hundreds of dollars to stop it from disintegrating in less than a year and then having to replace it costs consumers money!

Given that their products are terrible and they know the issues and continue to market them aggressively, I guess grubby one time sales are all they care about.

I would not recommend Gardesol to my worst enemy.
