Bad experience and money lost

The website is not a lot clear on the measures to give in order to have the correct dimension of the curtains. Very confused also the Client Support that, after the mistake, didn't change the curtains. They cannot guarantee the products and they didn't help me finding a solution.
Bad experience with the support and money lost as I cannot install those curtains with wrong dimensions.

I'm sorry that you think our instruction on how to measure is confusing. It's clearly stated how to measure for blinds and to be cautious of the width of the blinds. From what you told us the way you measured your blinds are correct and that's why we can't help you further.
