Booked my car in for repairs to front nearside corner following a minor altercation with a parking bollard. Staff kept me informed of progress throughout and the finished repairs were undetectable. My family have used Gardiner Motors several times in the past and have always been very happy with their standards of workmanship and customer service. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Great experience

Asked a few places if they can replace a 12V battery in an electric car, and no - go to the dealer was the advice. Well, Mercedes quoted me £300 for a service which included the battery replacement, considering the only other item on the menu was a pollen filter I politely declined. Emailed Kevin at Gardiner Motors (they have done an insurance work on my car earlier this year) and he said - sure, pop in. So I did - they have done an excellent work, including plugging in the diagnostic unit, etc. The biggest surprise was that they didn't even charge me for it! Despite me insisting. Without a doubt the best garage experience I have ever had. So much so, I sent a custom retro sweets box to the guys - I hope at least some of you have a sweet tooth :) Thanks again! David

It is a wonderful place to do the Car body works. Mr.John was very helpful & the way he handled the matters is amazing, all the staff members are very friendly and they did the body works on my car (VOLVO S90) as per the scheduled time and gave me the car back on time as agreed. Their price is very reasonable. I would recommend this place for others as well. I am very happy to give them a 5* rating or above. Please keep it up your service like this always.

Done a brilliant job on my GLA 250. From booking in to collection including courtesy car provision - all done to a high level of satisfaction. Would highly recommend should you be unlucky enough to have a bump or scrape (or 2!!). Repair was done on time without any problems - all electrics/cameras/sensors/paintwork perfect. 5 star

Probably the best garage I've ever dealt with!
They did a complete restoration on my 32 year old MX5 [a bit different from their usual accident repairs] and gave it their very best attention. It took a while, but the best things can't be hurried, especially with the amount of care lavished on it.
It was a real treat to experience personal attention from a company that really knows how to look after it's customers.

Couldn’t even give this terrible company 1 star. 9 months to repair simple crash damage, Constantly lie blaming delays on back order parts. They even scratched my car, broke the roof blind & smashed dashboard changing headlining. If your insurance want your car to go here do not let them or you will regret it !

Car with them for rear panel damage. Back with us now as good as before the crash. Thank you.

I've just picked up my car earlier than expected as I know parts can be on long delivery times and am delighted with the communication and standard of the work carried out by Gardiners.
Gemma and Kim on reception were excellent throughout and I was delighted to meet the owner who had a total knowledge of the repairs carried out on my car.

I have just got my vehicle back after what were quite extensive repairs and I am really pleased with the quality of the work carried out. The vehicle looks as good as new and there is no evidence of it ever having been repaired. Fantastic.
Moreover, for no fault on Gardiners part there was quite a delay in getting one of the parts from the supplier and during this time I was kept up to date weekly with progress. The staff dealing with this were really helpful efficient and sympathetic. Another 5 stars here***** Thanks Gardiners

I’ve always taken my cars to Gardiner Motors, I have a really bad habit of scraping kerbs and posts. 😬😀 always received Excellent service, friendly staff, communication is exemplary, car always returned professionally and immaculate.
