I would highly recommend Gardner & Co for a home survey. Graham completed a very thorough and realistic survey and called on the day of the surveyor to go through the key points and allow for any questions. It was a brilliant service for someone who has little to no building knowledge as he would explain things very clearly.

We have recently completed our survey with Gardner Surveyors and they couldn’t have been better. They were brilliant! Andrew came out to our property and completed our building survey. He called us soon after to let us know that everything looked okay which meant we were reassured without having to wait for the full report. When the full report was sent it was in depth and well explained. Andrew answered all our questions and always responds promptly. We couldn’t recommend Gardner Surveyors more and have been spreading the word to all our family and friends. Thank you so much!!

Myself and my partner are first time buyers and Gardener Surveyors couldn’t be more helpful. From start to finish the experience was super useful. The report itself was thorough and detailed as well as easy to read and navigate. Andrew is incredibly responsive and talked us through the report via phone call highlighting concerns and also sharing his valuable and professional advice.
As first time buyers this was all very new for us and we were unsure what certain things meant/ if we needed further action. Again Andrew took time to explain this further and provide recommendations. We are beyond happy with our survey and overall experience, highly recommend!

We requested an in depth, Level 3 survey as we are due to buy our first home.

The survey was done promptly and the report was back with in the same week.

Andrew covered everything we had minor concerns about, and much more.

The report was well detailed with a good explanation to make us understand anything.

Second time I’ve used Andrew Gardner and again extremely satisfied with the whole process. We wanted the survey done as quickly as possible and Leslie was very helpful in reserving us a date until our estate agent was able to confirm.
