Total garbage
Total garbage, gardpro 2+...first one BP etc didn't work and half the face disappeared...they sent another one same issue with BP and download the face and half of it missing and keeps turning itself off .. they did give me a a discount but it's going in the bin !!!

Total waste of money
This product is dire. After purchasing a Gardpro Ultra + we found the first one faulty, not connecting to phone ,weather app not working and missing text messages. A replacement was sent and the same issues. We have contacted customer services for a refund to be told we are not eligible as its past 30 days. This is totally not true as the consumer act 2015 states otherwise. Do not buy as the watch is useless
We have done as asked and contacted customer support but no resolve. We have now sort advice from CAB as this company should not be selling watches that do not work and should not be refusing a refund. So we will be taking it further

Customer service will block you
Watch doesn't work as it should been fighting for a return to which i was blocked by the customer service team after I was unable to access the return portal. Before buying from them look up the consumer act 2025. I've have been told a load of false information by the customer service team prior to being blocked. How my emails to them have been marked as spam or containing viruses I do not know.
If you buy a faulty watch good luck in getting it returned for a new one or refunded.

Bought a gard pro + 2, within 2 weeks it just stopped working, they did send another straight away but now within a month its not lasting a day without charging and thats just using as a watch

Bought this for medical
Bought this for medical, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes blood test.
Simple without gadgetry, weather, messaging, missed calls etc
Impossible to set up, even with expert IT help.
Would not connect to smart phone as could not get past advert forcing expensive monthly subscription.
Having overcome this, it dies not connect to Bluetooth even waited 1 hour for connection without it finishing.
Gives wrong dare wrong time and only BP works.

This is now the 5th complaint to no response from anyone. This watch is terrible.
1st: sleep mode is completely useless.
2nd: .step mode is miles difference to my iPhone count.
3rd: the strap broke I have only had the watch for 3 months.
4th: had to buy a new strap which that one has broken.
I have now given up on using this so called smart watch

DANGEROUSLY Inaccurate.
I bought my watch to track my steps, and as far as I can work out this is reasonably accurate. It also tells the time accurately. However it is DANGEROUSLY inaccurate with blood pressure readings. My doctor agrees that the readings given are very different from professionally taken blood pressure readings and could seriously endanger health

Great watch while it was working but…
Great watch while it was working but after only 3 weeks it started vibrating continuously with a black screen until the battery went flat. It is now completely unresponsive, black and won’t charge. Still under warranty but having read other reviews it sounds like customer service is a bit of a lottery. Order #7137668.

Read return policy and all the fine print!!! NO returns if opened. How the heck are you going to see if it is any good? Gard Pro Health Smartwatch 3 $99.00 Their offer was to refund $40.00. For a $99.00 watch. I was even stupid enough to pay an extra $29.00 for Gard Care +! I can't imagine what a process filing a claim on that would be. When damage occurs, a $15 service fee is charged for each incident, according to GARD PRO.

I have a Gard pro Ultra2+, it is ok, but I am not blown away, cannot clear the call log, doesn’t receive messages and it is set up to, raise arm to turn on function doesn’t work, so it doesn’t do exactly as it says on the tin, looks reasonably good, I haven’t tested the waterproofing as of yet, I think if you want everything to work as it should, then I would spend a bit more, I paid £79, apparently they are worth £200, but that is stretching it, most of the functions work ok, as long as you use them as a guide only, these are not medically accurate, had this watch for just under a week.

GARDPRO IS A RIP OFF. TOOK LONGER TO ARRIVE THAN STIPULATED. IT ARRIVED IN THE WRONG COLOUR. I ORDERED BLUE I GET BLACK AND THEY HAVENT BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME REGARDING TWO EMAILS REQUESTING A REFUND.

Blood pressure feature doesn't work
I bought the Gard Pro watch for my wife so she can keep track of her blood pressure as this is important to her health however the watch gives consistent largely inaccurate readings which could have caused her a problem. I have sent the item back however even though the item doesn't do what it's supposed to do properly, it's cost me the delivery charges to do the return, so not great that the customer has to pay for the return under these circumstances. Avoid.
Update I've looked into the returns information and it does say the returns are customers responsibility unless the item is wrong or faulty and in my case as you are aware the item is faulty as it does not do what it's been sold as being able to do, so I uphold my request for the shipping costs the be reimbursed please. Will update if company does.

What I like…
I like the customer service response times to any messages I have sent.
I don’t like that I had to send those messages.
Of course I understand that this is indeed a bargain “Smart Watch”, and that it is likely made in the same facilities as many other brands. Just look at the overwhelming similarities shared between them all.
It was typically difficult to find much information that would support a decision to buy the Gard Pro, but I feel I found enough positive to make the purchase.
That’s where the “fun” ends.
Since date of purchase the customer service response times have been great. The clarity of those responses? Not so much.
SHIPPING…. Granted the watch is made in China. That just makes sense. What doesn’t make sense is having shipping carrier listed as “FedEx Express Delivery” and then receive notifications the watch is circumnavigating the globe back and forth on its way to me. In Alberta, Canada.
Here’s the route……
China to Vancouver, Washington USA
Vancouver Washington to Burnaby BC, Canada
Burnaby BC Canada to Richmond Virginia, USA
Richmond VA USA to Edmonton, Queensland, Australia
Edmonton, Queensland AU to me South of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
All of this without once being in the hands of the aforementioned “FedEx Express Delivery” method. It arrived not at my door as FedEx makes deliveries, but in my regular delivery Canada Post community mail box. My frustration with this did bring about apologies from Gard Pro customer service, but not an actual reason as to why they quote a shipping method that is not used.
NOT A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION
The watch……
It is sleek, comfortable, and not as heavy/clunky as I was expecting to get used to over time. It is actually rather light making it very similar to my decades old Timex Expedition analogue watch. Hopefully this watch also “Takes a licking and keeps on ticking.”
It has been a rough start, but I am remaining positive the Gard Pro customer service will accept my critique of their abysmal shipping and make the appropriate improvements so that future customers do not experience the frustrations.

I had a water damage issue with my Gard Pro Utra 2 plus. I contacted Gard about it. Their response was timely and very professional. I sent a note and a video highlighting the problem. Gard promptly sent me out a replacement watch. Excellent customer support.

I ordered a watch for my partner. The watch came and couldn't charge. They were helpful in sending out a new watch. This watch was also defective. Unable to use both that were sent out, I just wanted a refund. They send according to their policy i couldn't get a refund after 30 days. I did mention that the 30 days doesn't matter as the consumer act 2015 protects me and I'm entitled to my money back. After a but of back and forth I was told I could have a refund if I send the product back. I was more than happy to send them back. But I wasn't going to pay for postage as again under the law they would have to pay for defective products.
It's been a week of them trying to bully me and changing their mind weather I was allowed a refund or not. Passive aggressive customer service. Each message seems like it was read by another team memeber and I would have to explain the whole situation again. I don't want another watch as I don't have faith it will work. Legally they have to give me a refund and prepaid return postage for a defective product. But they don't care that their not acting within the law or actually helping customers.

Scam… please read this in full
The watch from the first moment I wore it had issues, not registering heartbeat, was not counting steps and other functions not working. Asked for replacement. To start with, all seemed ok, felt a bit weird as they didn’t ask me to return this item and sent me a new one, turned up and it was the wrong colour, again sent a new one. Now as the second one had issues with the side button, I just asked for a refund which they accepted but under very certain conditions that it must not have been used and such, offering a maximum of 70% refund depending on condition. Wouldn’t have known there was an issue if I didn’t wear it.
On the receiving package, wondering where I would have to return these to, I noticed that it says the “from address” states: undelivered return, not for retail. On all 3 packages I received and they have given me a different address to return these to via email. However after googling the address on the packages I have received of: 5 trident way, southall, UB2 5LF I see that this is linked heavily to scams, dodgy returns and such. For which I urge you to do your own research on.
One of the other give aways for it was that clearly on the website it states these are 41mm casing and on the rear of these watches it states “43mm alloy casing” apparently this was a misprint but being intrigued, measured it with a vernier and indeed it comes up at just a little over 43mm.
Too many red flags regarding the product, the emails back and forward at random times, none of the products I’ve received really matching up, randomly happy to send 3 watches out, the mid match of addresses, the refund policy that isn’t stated on the website, the list goes on.
Luckily this was bought through PayPal and have been able to contact them as I do not trust sending these back to either say they’ve not been delivered as previously stated on reviews of PX4 stated at that address.
