Read all the fab reviews and ordered a garage door. The man who came round and took my order was very professional and helpful. The installer came on time and fitted the door. He was very friendly. It all went well until I noticed a scratch on the inner door after he left. I immediately photographed it and tried to contact Garolla. Tried several email addresses and have heard nothing back after several days. I phoned several times but was holding on forever each time and gave up. I tried the live chat and ring back options and neither worked. It’s disappointing after spending so much money and I just hope the motor lasts for the five year warranty as there is no after sales support! In summary pre installation and installation good (apart from not noticing the scratch), after sales support non existent.

From the measure up to completion the job was spot. Top work from the team again, this is the second time I have used Garolla and would highly recommend. Richy (surveyor) and Mike (fitter) top people and class at their jobs. Thanks again.

Dan and Kian arrived promptly and installed the roller door very efficiently. From the survey to the installation, we experienced respect and were provided with helpful information. We are delighted with the purchase.

Louis was friendly, reassuring and arrived exactly on time. Before starting, he carefully listened as the problems were explained and inspected the shutter parts that had been removed during the previous visit and stored at the back of the garage.
He also took the time to confirm the details of the earlier engineer’s visit the previous month, ensuring that he fully understood what was required and had everything needed to complete the job.
His communication was excellent. He advised that the work would take approximately 45 minutes, providing a clear idea of what to expect and removing any need to keep checking on the progress. Sure enough, 45 minutes later, he knocked on the door to confirm that everything had been completed.
Louis then demonstrated the finished work, and the garage door was opened and closed to check that everything was operating correctly. It worked perfectly.
Louis was professional, knowledgeable and a real credit to the company. Garolla’s management should look after this engineer—he was superb.

Such a great experience from start to finish. The team who came out to measure, and then the team who installed the door, were both really professional and left everything tidy afterwards. It's completely changed the look of the property, so much so that neighbours have already been asking about it. I'd highly recommend Garolla Doors and the fitting team who installed it.

It all went well.
The emergency access in case of electricity outage was a bit of a problem.
The external hole in the porch wall was a bit of a mess but I repaired the damage.
Only a small job in comparison with the rest of the installation.

After 18months the door wouldn't open due to skirting problems. An engineer attended and a temporary fix was made.the attending engineer stated he would recommend a new door was required. After a considerable wait I contacted them was informed the case had been closed. Meantime the door would again not open electronically and when I used the mechanical opener it broke. I gave now been six weeks without the door being able to be secured.the website states there's engineers in Yorkshire but the help centre keep qouting no engineers available and can't give me an engineers attendance date. This is simply not good enough.

We received a first class service from Garadoor. The installation of our door was carried out on time and took only 3 hours to complete. The team who carried out the installation were cheery but professional. They explained in detail the workings if the door and left the site in a clean manner. Highly recommended!

Great service and great work to fit. Good product love the remote up and down of the door. Time will tell now if it as good as my last garage door which lasted 40 yrs.

Ain’t it funny they will sell you a load of garbage for £1800 they will call you straight away come round and measure up when it packs in 4 weeks later they don’t want to know you packed in end of May nearly in August now still can’t access garage you have been warned don’t think I need to say anymore about this incompetent lot

Richard kept me up to date with arrival time which was great. Richard was friendly efficient and informative makes such a difference. Door looks great and working well.

Completed installation on time. Explained operation and safety features and removed all debris from old door. Excellent job done and at a fair price.

They turned up at the time said they would be there and door was fitted quickly and cleanly. The installer was good at explaining how it worked and kept us informed throughout the the install.

Happy with my garage door to date, had it installed in December 25 and Great service over all. Only a small deposit to pay then deliver was on schedule. No pushy sales persons. The technician who visited to help me programme my code for was professional and very helpful. l Would 100 recommend.

Good communication, good work, lovely doors :)
My only negative is that the surveyor said the doors would be ready in 3 weeks but, of course, it was longer than that!
