I have been using Garrett kitchens for 10 years and have purchased over 50
Kitchens from them, always good quality and great service especially from Becky my dedicated designer/problem solver/ all round helper.

Richard and Michael made the entire process from start to finish not only stress-free but genuinely enjoyable. Their experience and expertise helped transform our kitchen from a blank canvas into a beautiful, warm space that we absolutely love.
They communicated promptly throughout and addressed all of our concerns with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Garrett Kitchens for their outstanding, five-star service.

We recently purchased our flat and decided to renovate the kitchen. We began by exploring some of the mainstream kitchen suppliers like Wren, B&Q, and Howdens, but we weren’t convinced by the quality or service on offer, and found the whole experience a bit frustrating.

Then, by chance, I came across Garrett Kitchens. From the outset, they stood out. Their range of designs was far broader, and the quality of the units, especially the materials used, seemed noticeably superior. I assumed that this higher quality would come with a much steeper price tag, but out of curiosity, I sent an enquiry. To my surprise, I received an almost immediate response with a clear and detailed explanation of how Garrett Kitchens works and how they could help us. Even more surprisingly, the quote we received was completely in line with those from the larger brands, but with far better value for money.

After a few more conversations, we were invited to their beautiful showroom, where we met the incredible Becky Unwin, their senior kitchen designer. From that very first meeting, we knew we were in expert hands. Becky was incredibly warm, accommodating, and completely tuned in to the aesthetic we had in mind. She has a fantastic eye for detail, but what really sets her apart is how she balances beauty with practicality. She designs not just for the look, but for how the space will function as a part of everyday life. Becky even came to our flat to fully understand the layout and ensure every inch of the kitchen would be used to its full potential, both visually and ergonomically. She is genuinely one of the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet and a true talent too.
From then on, every single interaction with Garrett Kitchens was exceptional. Without exaggeration, they offered the best customer service we’ve ever experienced, consistently going above and beyond to make the process smooth, enjoyable, and totally stress-free.

Michal Garrett, the company director, adds a personal, sincere, and highly professional touch to the whole experience. It’s clear how deeply he cares about his customers. He’s genuinely invested in making sure you not only enjoy the journey but are thrilled with the end result. Much like Becky, he also happens to be a sincerely lovely person.

Becky and Michal are, in my opinion, the best duo since Morecambe and Wise! Together, and with the rest of the brilliant team at Garrett Kitchens, they’ve built a company that far surpasses its competitors. I believe it's a family-run business, and they should all be incredibly proud. Every person we dealt with, including the delivery staff, embodied the same ethos: friendly, reliable, thoughtful, and committed to quality. In the world of home renovations, that kind of consistency is exceptionally rare, and its incredibly reassuring.
As for the kitchen itself, it has far exceeded our expectations. It's everything we wanted and more. We've had several other contractors visit for unrelated jobs, and every single one has commented, unprompted, on how impressive the kitchen is, both in terms of quality and design.

To the entire team at Garrett Kitchens: thank you. Not just for our beautiful kitchen, but for making the entire experience so seamless and enjoyable. You’ve set a new standard for service.

As a Carpenter/Joiner who fits a couple of kitchens a year I can honestly say that Garrett’s were a great to work with.I chose Garrett’s for my own Kitchen for more of a bespoke finish.Both Mike and Becky’s knowledge is second to none,and if they didn’t know something they would find out and get straight back to me.Everything arrived when promised well protected and very helpful delivery drivers.Highly recommended and I will use again.

Michael and team are fantastic they provide a very personal service and take the time to go through and understand your needs. Always willing to help and are very responsive which is exactly what you need when making such an important purchase. Michael is someone you can trust and will give you honest advice without trying to sell you items that are not required! The team is very efficient and great and communicating.

From our initial contact with the company, the service was excellent. They are so friendly and approachable that our experience has been one of pleasure.
I cannot thank Becky and Michael enough. It is a stressful time living without a kitchen, but all little difficulties were swiftly resolved and I now have the kitchen of my dreams. It is aesthetically beautiful and greatly admired by my friends and visitors!

Garrett’s have helped me achieve my dream kitchen. They have been with me every step of the way in what can be a painful and stressful experience. They looked after me very well even when I changed the design several times - Becky has the patience of a saint. Would recommend !

I had a great service from Garrett Kitchens, Becky was very knowledgeable and super helpful in helping me design my ideal kitchen, working with the space to get the most out of it, and numerous changes to the plans. They worked with my builder in terms of organising deliveries and supporting any changes, getting the worktop scheduled, ordering extras etc…. Very happy with the quality and all decisions made.

We're happy with our kitchen, happy we used Garrett's, and we'd recommend Garrett's.

Becky Unwin was simply amazing -- always responsive, attentive to the details etc.

There was however one problem with manufacture: the doors of four larder units were attached upside down (long doors on the top, short doors on the bottom, instead of vice-versa), and drawers fitted also to match. Garrett's made several steps to attempt to remediate this mistake (accepting a slight reduction, offer to refit the doors and drawers and all hinges, which we end up refusing, partly because we were afraid that the patch up would be worse.) Overall it still felt short of the problem not happening in the first place. It was an expensive kitchen, so IMO, the right thing to do would have been to re-manufacture and refit the 500 units carcasses/doors and refit the drawers. Perhaps the fault was not directly Garrett's itself but the manufacturer. Nevertheless I do feel there's a lesson to be learnt here, which is why I can't give 5 stars.

Despite that, we interacted with quite a few other kitchen designers (on both sides of the spectrum) before deciding Garrett's, and overall Garrett's gave a much better impression. We'd definitely use them again if/when the opportunity arises.

Our experience with Garrett Kitchens was fantastic. They guided us through the whole process of designing our kitchen and making the best use of the space we had. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen!

Michael & Becky we’re phenomenal from start to finish making our install as stress free as possible. Michael had some great ideas and the finished product looks great!
