Great customer service

I had a couple of broken pieces in the item I purchased & when I contacted their customer service I received a quick reply. The rep Jerrilyn was wonderful, understanding and courteous & went all out to help me as quickly as possible. Great employee and a credit to the company.

I like the fuel tank on wheel

I like the fuel tank on wheel . Seems well made. I just wish it had a vent on top for when it’s being filled. The air in the tank has to escape through the fill tube and if you are using a funnel it bubbles back at the person. Nothing complicated just a vent

20" Snow Blower

I bought unit to make a path in backyard for dogs to get out. It has made the job so easy instead of having to shovel. The unit is light weight which means I can bring it up on deck when not in use. You have to use it while the snow is light and not let it get heavy. Batteries easy to install and take out.
