quick efficient service and had item I couldn't find elsewhere
was advised correctly on item I required when I telephoned, item arrived very quickly and was what I needed so I ordered a second one so I had a spare as I had had difficulty finding anywhere that stocked it.

Good product but poor delivery.
Good product, poor delivery. The item came a day early and nobody was in to sign for it (the item had a value of less than £10). It should not have needed a signature. As a result I had to drive to a depot some miles away, was instructed not to put the post code into the satnav, and it was very difficult to locate where to pick up my insignificant valued product. I will think carefully before ordering again, unfortunately.

I am very pleased I used Gas Appliance Spares they where very helpfull and had the part I required posted to me the very next day and they where very cheap as well, what more could I ask for. I will deffo be using them again when I need a part in the future. BIG THX 👍🏻

Gas fire control knob!
The control knob on our gas fire broke so I googled and came across Gas Appliance Spares. I compared prices with other websites and GAS were best price - they even beat Amazon and EBay. I ordered in the evening, chose the cheapest postage and my order arrived two mornings later by my regular post lady. Brilliant!! I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and anyone else who reads my review!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I orded some parts of the internet the internet said they were in stock I've wated 3 weeks for my delivery which never came. I phoned the help line and was told they were out of stock and would be in some time next week. I said why did some one not let me know the answer to that was we haven't got time to tell people what's happining with there orders. Very disappointed that the costumer dose not matter.
By the way still haven't received my parts

I am sorry that you feel let down by us, I have looked into the issue and I can see it has been caused by ordering over and above what we have on the shelf. We have spoke to the manufacturer again for you today and they have confirmed the date given to you last week, and as a result your order will be delivered complete next week.
Apologies that we cannot speed this up for you but with the manufacturer out of stock we have been in a similar situation to yourself where we have been left waiting. I can assure you that the customer is important to us and I can only apologise for the delay in delivery. It is uncommon for goods to be out of stock for so long and I hope that next time a spare part is required you could give us a chance to change your mind.
