All I can say is that from start to finish Katie, Dave and the boys have been a pleasure to deal with, highly professional with trustworthy advice... we would highly recommend Gas Care to anyone.

We have just had a new Combi boiler installed by Gas Care. We were told up to a day & a half to complete the installation. They arrived @ 6.30am on the Tuesday morning & were finished by 3.00pm the same day. Dave, Jay & Dave are a pleasure to work with. Quality workmanship by a quality company & competitively priced. From start to finish the service we recieved was truly 5 star. Would highly recommend.

This a amazing company. Their customer service is amazing.

Great Friendly, reliable team of staff. The engineers turned up on time and completed the work required. what extra did it cost me, a cup of tea and a friendly chat for 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

I recently had Gas Care install a new combi boiler in my house and I could not be happier with the whole experience. The engineers (Jay & Dave) are great guys, hard working and really took pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone and can't thank them enough.

Paul serviced 3 LPG gas fires for me today. He was very thorough and worked carefully. Highly recommended.

Our second annual boiler service with Gas Care, having moved home last year and wish we had used them at our previous address.
A big thank you to David & all his team. We also had an issue with a couple of radiators but Jason & Dave cheerfully sorted it out promptly.

We recently had to upgrade our heating thermostat because it had broken and so happy with the service we received from Gas Care. Thank you to Katie and Jason who quickly sorted this for us! Highly recommend will certainly use again in the future.

Contacted Gas Care when my boiler stopped working. I was amazed how quickly they came out as I wasn’t under a monthly service contract with them and hadn’t used them before.
With the age of the boiler i decided to go for a replacement rather than repair.
The office ladies were brilliant and kept me fully updated every step of the way and booked the work much quicker than I had expected.
The engineers were fantastic, so polite and respectful, I barely knew they were there. They’ve done an amazing and tidy job which looks so much than our original.
Thank you so much for making what could have been a huge hassle actually a really pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

Since moving into my property a couple of years ago Gas Care have been very helpful after experiencing a few problems with my boiler.
I started off with a leak which was promptly sorted. A few months later I had no hot water or heating so contacted them again and got booked in for someone to come out and have a look. They had to order me a new part for my boiler which took a couple of days as expected but were soon back to fix the issue.
Had the boiler serviced a couple of months after this and touch wood had no issues since they fixed it all.

Would definitely recommend Gas Care if you're looking for an efficient company and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again should any other issues arise.

Quick and reliable

This company charged me £85 to come and check what was the problem with my boiler. They misdiagnosed the problem saying that the boiler needed a new part costing £348, that the boiler was in a bad condition and I should install a new one. Luckily I asked another company for a second opinion, the part needed was actually a totally different one, which only costs £55, they repaired and serviced the boiler and told me it is in a good condition and can last for a few more years.
Gas Care refuses to refund me the £85.

Did a fantastic job, came when they said they would and helped me out. Nice honest and reliable.

The lads from Gas Care arrived on time and got straight on with the job. They covered the carpet, stripped and serviced and tested the fire and
back boiler and then gave me a certificate to confirm it was gas safe. Before they left they cleared up all the mess and left the house as was.
