The sales rep James explained everything and all the options available took photos as to pass to fitters .2 great lads turned up, never stopped all the time they were here, kept us informed on everything they were doing, explained how all the control's worked
They cleaned as they went and left no mess or any water on any floor after changing all valves

Gas Fast have provided an excellent and efficient service since the first point of contact. The sales person and surveyor communicated with me very well to ensure they provided my home with the correct installation and that all my requirements were fully met. The installer arrived early and literally worked non-stop, all day and left late to ensure the install was completed in a most timley manner. Customer services even telephoned me to ensure I was happy with how the installation was going during the install. The fitters level of workmanship and knowledge was outstanding which was clearly reflected in his work and the effort he took with even the smallest details of the install didn’t go un-noticed. He kept my house clean and tidy throughout even though a lot of it is more like a building site at the moment. All my carpets were protected with plastic sheeting and all rubbish and old appliances were carefully removed and taken away at the end of the install. I would definitely recommend this company to others as my experience has been an excellent one.

When the Rep came to the house to give us advice on the Boiler and Energy Saving he Explained it Very Well so we both could understand Everything. We accepted offer and couldn't believe how quick your Service was to getting it put in Next Day . He made us both feel at Ease and have to say What a Lovely Polite and Friendly Guy he was. He didn't push us into anything it was all our decision. The Engineer came and Fitted the Boiler and Explained how to use the Boiler and the Halo Thermostat App. He Cleaned up after himself and was Very Polite and such a Lovely Guy.. Would definitely recommend this Company to others

These guys have a really slick operation. We received a card through the door offering government help with a new boiler - no surprise to find that I dn't meet the criteria - so really this was just a way of getting in the door.
However, the salesman was friendly, knowledgable, and gave me plenty of time to make up my own mind. And a few days later they came and installed my new boiler.
The whole experience was extremely efficient, the engineer was friendly, professional, seems to have done a good job, took care to cover up my carpets when needed, and took the old boiler away - no fuss, no mess.
I think, looking back, that maybe I should have taken more care to read the 1* reviews and check out the market for alternatives. However, my experience with GasFast has been a good one; they have been courteous, professional and efficient, and I am very pleased with my new boiler.

Overall great service from the sales visit to the completed installation. The sales visit was informative and non pushy. The service department were always on hand to answer questions and ensure everything went smoothly. Brilliant service from start to finish which took roughly about 30 days. It would have been quicker but we were away on holiday. Boiler fitted and working in a day. Friendly service. Listened to what we wanted and delivered.

Overall, good experience. Engineer was really helpful, experienced and did a good job. Salesman was helpful in explaining what the problems were with our current system. Our system now is much better than before :-)

14913 Gas Fast new boiler
Gas Fast installed my new boiler. We went from a back boiler to a combi boiler. Had the boiler a few weeks now and it's great. Sales person missed taking pictures of our roof so location of new boiler had to be changed. The plumber used was good, but it was a contracted out job and he lived two hours away.
Overall happy with what I've got. Only took a few days after the sales visit to get it installed.
I've got 10yrs warranty and call outs, which is the main reason I went with Gas fast and no call out charges.
