I'm a bit worried about using this fire in doors. How long should I use it for before I turn it of? Can Carbon monoxide poisoning from these indoor gas heaters type bottle's?

Engineer called Adam was an absolute gem and restored heating in no time.. quick and friendly service - super, highly recommended!

I ordered an electric fire from them as the guy who was going to fit it said it was a better price than he could get. The fire was delivered very quickly in perfect condition within the one hour slot I was informed of. Excellent service all round, highly recommended.

I found Gasfire to be very competitive on price and when I rang them regarding a query I had they were very helpful. The item was delivered on time, when they said it would be.

I don't normally write reviews but the service i received from this comp-any prompted this exception. Apart from being the best deal I could find on the internet they also provided the best customer service backed up by a second to none delivery service which was prompt and on time, I found the telephone sales person very patient and able to answer my questions without pressurising me into a sale.

Great price, good communication and a superb product

Brilliant service ordered new gas fire over the phone Thursday afternoon spoke to really lovely helpful lady. Couldn't believe how quickly it was delivered it arrive the next morning before 10am it had a track on it as well so I could see were it was on the internet it was brilliant. I searched the internet for the best price and this website was the best ever beat everyone else's price by a mile. Would recommend them no problem it excellent service. Why can't everyone else you deal with over the phone and internet provide this sort of service.

It was the best price I found anywhere, the ordering process was easy and delivery was exactly as promised. I even found a number of local registered fitters via a link on the gasfire.co.uk website.

I don't think it's a large firm but that doesn't matter. They seem to care and give a decent service and price. You can't really ask for more than that.

I was after an electric fire. Saw the one I wanted in a local showroom but it was quite expensive. Looked at Gasfire.co.uk & they had the same fire nearly 40% cheaper. Not only that they had it in stock & delivered the fire the next day & also proved a timeslot of one hour on the morning of delivery. Fantastic service. Thank you.

excellent service,ordered 11-0am wed,arrived as stated thurs 10-30am,e-mail from delivery company with a 1 hour time slot and came within that slot, good info from sales department, transaction done on-line and was brilliant. Very good company would highly recommend. 10/10.
