Very disappointing business experience. Agreements and payment commitments were repeatedly delayed and ultimately left unresolved despite ongoing assurances. Communication and accountability became poor once the operational handover was completed. Would strongly advise anyone entering business arrangements to ensure everything is fully legally protected from the beginning.

I made an order over 2 weeks ago, my parcel has not been shipped yet and the company does not respond to my e-mails. Highly not recommended!!

I ordered 5 products in total from gasparinutrition.eu and I received only 3 of them. I contacted the gasparinutrition team and was told they would issue an official complaint against the delivery company and id nothing happens, after a period of thirty day, they would be able to help. Then I was told not to use the products I have received and to keep them in the delivery box, and so I did. Then I was told someone from the delivery company will come to file the complaint and nobody came. A month is gone now and I feel extremely frustrated because I have never had such a prolonged experience with a company. I have always enjoyed their products but it was the first time I experienced their “service”, which is outrageous. I understand it is the Holidays now but the situation is about a month old. I paid for products I did not receive and am still waiting on a solution. Is that really how they deal with their customers?

I could not believe my eyes when reading the smaller print at the back of the label that, next to a yellow warning triangle, it stated "WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm" and provided a website "P65Warnings.ca.gov"

Where does that website take you?... read on:

"Welcome to the Proposition 65 Warnings Website.
The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment is establishing this website to provide the public with information on chemicals, products and locations often associated with Proposition 65 warnings. These warnings inform Californians about their exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm."

OK, so what does the warning on the Gaspari bottle mean?... read on:

"If a warning is placed on a product label or posted or distributed at a workplace, a business, or in rental housing, the business issuing the warning is aware or believes that it is exposing individuals to one or more listed chemicals. By law, a warning must be given for listed chemicals unless the exposure is low enough to pose no significant risk of cancer or is significantly below levels observed to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."

So, basically Gaspari, by virtue of displaying the label, is demonstrating that it believes the chemicals on the list (which have been proven to be harmful and dangerous to us) are present in enough levels so as to be harmful.
