Our company strives to be the best, most efficient, and the standout heating company in our area, we do however understand that our work is time constrained, and very often urgent, but occasionally there are reasons beyond our control why we cannot complete works when requested, for instance when parts are unavailable. We carried out a landlord gas safety inspection for you, and on this occasion the boiler was deemed unsafe and disconnected on Friday 18/6/21. A gas inspection is crucial to check if an appliance is safe to use, on this occasion it was not, we are sorry that this may have caused you some set-back, but the priority is leaving a property with safe appliances, connected, or disconnected. The certificate and quote for repairs was sent on the same day. You wanted us to attend on the Saturday 19/6 when your bailiffs were due to evict the tenant, unfortunately parts were not available until 22/6. For health and safety our engineer requested access to the ground floor flat for a ladder to replace a part of the flue outside. A no quibble refund for further works was performed when you had made other arrangements.
