I’ve been reviewing properties on gate-away.com for the past year. I find the website very easy to navigate, the descriptions good and pictures very helpful. For example, if you are looking in Umbria for a fully renovated property up to €150,000, a few clicks and you can filter those options.

I have been following Gate-away for the past few years. They have a great selection of properties to select from. I have viewed the live seminars with experts and followed their blogs for advice. I feel that this site is an excellent tool for understanding the buying process in Italy and has great advice on all aspects of living in Italy. I found my dreamhome when viewing one of the featured locations. My real estate agent is wonderful and so helpful going out of her way for us. We do not speak Italian at this point though I am planning on changing that, no issues as my real estate agent is English speaking. Looking forward to this new chapter in my life! I have used Gate-away.com to look for properties in Italy. I am happy to say we have found an apartment in Umbria. It’s been a long process, started in 2017! We chose a medium sized city with great access to rail service.

Great information to help understand buying in Italia and Sicilia. Zoom calls let us ask questions and an attorney is on the calls also. Great staff can't wait to work with them. Ciao

Due to the pandemia and boredom, I started meddling with properties in Italy for sale last year. Gate-away helped us a lot to understand the process of buying and opened a new path in our lives.
Guess what?
We bought a property in Francavilla Fontana online. Although we were not able to travel to Italy and inspect the property. With the help of gate-away and their occasional videos with Realtors and attorneys, we felt secure doing it all online. Hired an attorney, and soon, hopefully in July, we will be able to travel and take possession of our new summer project. Keep up the good work Gate-away.

The site has improved greatly since it re launched. It makes searching so much easier now with a number of different options. information on each property such as closest airport,supermarket transport etc is great as is the locality /population figures.
The one thing i do find a little frustrating is that when you send a message to the advertiser for example more photos or details on the property the response is very poor. They do not come back to you and for me who is planning to come to Italy hopefully 3 rd qtr this year makes it a little frustrating. One of my questions for today's live stream is if i had appointed and attorney or someone with the power of attorney to make a decison for me its difficult to do that if you have little information to work with.
Overall a great job and very happy to use the site

Reputable company. They also do good webinars on legalities of buying Italian property. The website has gone down, but came back online within 24 hours.

Staff always responsive, helpful and available to help sellers place their ads. Unfortunately we haven't sold our house yet but have had far more viewings through Gate-away than any agents.

Will stay with them and would anyone else to give them a go.

I have only just discovered Gate-away.com and love what they are doing. The youtube infotutorial was very helpful if you are wanting to buy in Italy.
