Honestly didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Ordered some clothes, came way faster than I thought and the prices are just really good. Nothing to complain about, would order again.

I bought some jeans from their website and when they arrived they were too big on my so I tried to contact them, I emailed and emailed. They never responded and so they have very tabs customer service, it took a long time for it to arrive and the quality seems like it was from temu, 60 dollars down the drain 😁 don’t recommend from their shitty ”clothing brand”

Honestly the website is so bad, it's hard to order stuff, long delivery time and almost every product is always sold out! I have the feeling they just put on purpose the rubbish clothes to sell and all the good ones are marked as sold!

So far everything smooth. Never any issues.
Good corporate policy when it comes to customer liberty.
Had several accounts and always correct accounting.
Even practically worthless coins that have no trading volume, they still let you convert them to Gate Token.

About 50% of the ordered products were too big or too small compared to the ordered sizes. In one case the material of the product didn´t correspond to the description on the website but I have t send the non corresponding products at my own expense. The order was delieverd by DPD wich ist the worst delivery service by far in Austria, the delivery didn´t work corrctly which is the usual for DPD. I doubt that I will again order from Gate Shop in tthe nearer future.

Seeing the bad reviews I took a chance and ordered with payment upon delivery. My order was delivered in less than two weeks. The products are as expected, nicely packaged.

Worst customer service EVER. They do not send the money back if you return items. Only buy if the idea of not being able to return items souns good to you

Completely unprofessional, they cancel my whole order as an item is not available anymore - which I didn't even order.

Their solution for the problem?
Order again, pay for it and we will send it.

Okay, as most of the things were for other people, I'll take that and skip mine - I try to make the order again and get kicked out of the payment page for the 4th time, with an empty basket and of course, while I found everything again - the main product was sold out.

Prepare your nerves for the customer support and money refund.

This will definitely be my last order.

Got my package last week(bought on black friday). Everthing was as seen on the site, for sizes check the review section. Prices are unbeatable, delivery was fast, all in all great site to shop!

Cool clothes, good quality at really good prices. The quality is good and they have both simple and more interesting items - you can find really cool pieces if you search for a bit. I even got Christmas presents for my family from them last year and was really happy with the items (they were too). Sizing was accurate and delivery was quick. Would order again.

Ordered quite a few things because they were on a really good discount. Took a few days to come, easy to track your order. Items are as seen on the site and usually theres a lot of reviews if you're not sure if you should order. Quality is not the best but its not the worst either. All in all considering the pricing I think its worth buying from the site.

I bought more then 10 times from this site.Every time all the products were exactly like in the photo.All measure fit in size,good material.Delivery in maxim 10 days,refund in about 5 days.

I would give a 0 if I could! I have ordered from you, I paid for the product in advance. After a day I have received an e-mail that my order will arrive on the next day. Well, it did not!
I have called the costumer service many times they could not tell me, where is my paid item.
After a week I received a message from you that you will not deliver it at all without any reason!! There is no information in this message on the refound of my money.
This is unacceptable.
I still cannot not see the money on my account..
I will NEVER order anything from your site again!
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied!
