Extremly bad customer service!

They claim that the date of birht was changed (after I made the payment) TYHe airline is stating this is NOT changed. I have send over 5 e-mails, including screenshots and they just dont take the time to call the airline and ensure the DOB is adjusted! I will follow legal advice when there will be any issues with boarding!

The site is not vey friendly in terms…

The site is not vey friendly in terms of what is required information and what is not. I left some fields blank as I was not sure whether they were required and the system did not let me proceed.
Please clarify what is mandatory
