Gate.io is accusing me of fraud. They blocked my funds and don't let withdraw it.
They asked me for bank account informations, pic of my credit card and now they ask for informations about my savings.
They aren't a bank.
If i don't get back my funds I will sue them.

This Exchange refuses to deactivate my Google Authenticator and so I cannot log into my account, my tokens are gone, I have been giving the information they requested over and over but they will not deactivate Google Authenticator. I lost my phone so I had to deactivate. Now they are not answering my Emails and are completely ignoring me. Since 4 months I have been trying to get access to my account. Do not use these fraudsters.

Scam exchange. Stay away. I made a deposit that is still not showing in my wallet. And so far support has been useless.

32 days ago (now 112 days!!), I paid $2,128.46 USD toward getting USDT, but Gate io took my money without giving me the USDT. 'Status' I'm being verified (into infinity all-right)! I have been using Gate io's services almost 14 times, starting in August 2022. I thought I was a valued customer, but I guess not! If only you knew the anguish and torment involved in being treated like this by Gate io for now over a month, it is in-human, it is torture! I am about to file a crypto currency exchange complaint to THE CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU too! I am complying with everything they demand, every time, they always ask for something they've been given already, and so it goes in an endless circles, in the Gate io circus where I'm the clown, doing everything they say for 32 days now, trying to with draw or get my money back. I was even recommending Gate io quite a lot (FACEPALM)!!! I am so ashamed I've been recommending Gate io quite a lot, I guess I should have checked Trustpilot earlier!

I would be very conflicted if I was working in Gate io Customer Service, poor people they must need a job so badly since they choose to sit there and lie to loyal customers all day long. Gate io still haven't paid me $2128 USDT but if I ask for something small then they pay it, THAT STINKS, CRIMINALS!!! Stealing my life savings for 112 days and counting... -W T F ! ! !

I would give a less than 1 if I could. They basically stole some of my tokens. They removed my Saitama and only replaced some of them. Beware!!

I would give a less than one if could. Be mindful of the other warnings in here. I was overly trustful and have nothing but suspicious activity since carrying an account with them. Final straw was when i deposited a high value of coin, their deposit interface generated an address for the coin, I have held the coin on their exchange, yet the coins did not arrive in my account. Messaged customer service, they indicated a known issue and give a few more mins. Messaged after 24 hours and they said open ticket. Opened ticket and then was told their platform did not support the coin and it was avail on the blockchain for one day in the future if they do support the coin. Response not satisfactory but they will now no longer respond with an adequate explanation as to how a coin they have supported, generated an address for yet "cannot be deposited" which I suspect is a ploy to to skim coins. Tech support said is "easy to add the interface" but refuse to respond, add the interface nor seem to care. Take heed of these warnings, you will lose money with this exchange.
Have also had a number of instances of prolonged deposit times, which should have been a warning but I am trustful... expensive lesson.
