I ordered the new fob late on Saturday and paid for special delivery, it arrived on Tuesday 👍🏻

The instructions were easy to understand and the new fob was programmed in and working in minutes.

We recently moved home and the garage fob for door did not work - contacted G/R and the pointed me in the direction for the correct remote. When it arrived I had contact them again to get guidance on how to get the remote paired with the motor unit. They emailed me instructions to sort it - which worked - great communication- thank you

Remotes don’t work and they haven’t been helpful in correcting my issue.

The set up instructions were carefully and clearly explained. The code transfer was very straightforward and the new remote worked first time.

Perfect ID of our old garage door remote from a photo and motor unit details. Arrived quickly with full set of instructions. Remote up and running within two minutes of receipt. Hooray!

I liked the fact that the young lady who answered the phone knew exactly what I wanted, explained it carefully then took my order.

As described on the website. I would mention a white button labelled (P) to reprogram on the box as they are another button inside it. Overall it’s good 👍
